Some of the tech problems you get to work on as a backend engineer would be to build the backend for a modern spreadsheet experience from scratch, work on infra as code, write robust code that is fault-tolerant, work on performant code that adheres to SLOs set by the organization. 

About you:

● 3- 5 years of experience

As a Sales Head B2B, you will be responsible for leading the targets towards attaining that goal, tracking and reporting critical performance indicator data for your team.

What you will do:

• Rolling out new sales initiatives, targeted pitches, and modified sales approach depending on the nature of the business you are approaching
• Implementing the required sales training processes for your sales associates, preparing them for their responsibilities most effectively and efficiently possible
• Delivering pitches to critical clients and other key accounts in your zone yourself
• Being abreast of the latest developments in the space and implementing strategic/ tactical plans if needed
• Mapping the market on product/ competition and the onboarding of customers when they enter the company
• Actively approaching targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
• Searching for new client leads
• Managing relationships with existing customers
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
• Upselling products and services

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA from tier 1 B School
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office [Word, Excel and PowerPoint] and CRM software [Zoho CRM]
• Prior experience in B2B sales desired
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills
• Ability to build and maintain solid and lasting business relationships with colleagues and clients alike
• Ability to work with aggressive targets and think of out-of-the-box solutions when in a deadlock
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation

We are looking for Fullstack Engineers (MERN) to help us in the next stage of our journey with experience in developing real-time server applications based on Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB databases

• Write, execute and maintain clean, reusable, and scalable code
• Integrate our various data storage solutions
• Should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries
• Ensure the responsiveness and boost the performance of our apps
• Find and address the various bottlenecks and bug-fixes
• Help in code automatization

• Proven experience in high-level programming languages like Node.js and Express.js with state management tools like Redux
• Good understanding of React, Next.JS, Bootstrap, and Material UI
• Thorough understanding of modeling and scaling databases like Firebase, and SQL
• Expertise in developing micro-services based REST APIs and exposure to API Gateway
• Should be well-versed with collaboration tools like Git, JIRA, etc
• Comfortable working within GCP, AWS, Azure, or equivalent ecosystem
• Knowledge on open-source technologies such as NoSQL, MongoDB, Data Formats (XML / JSON), JavaScript Frameworks ReactJS, JS, JQuery, CSS, HTML5, in-memory databases, Build tools like webpack.

• 2+ years of prior experience working in a software engineering environment
• B. E in Computer Science/Information Science or equivalent degree

Relevant work experience:

• 5+ years working in the Information Technology Industry
• 2+ years system engineering or platform engineering

solutions and with customer success team for deploying the same to customers.

2. Build & Design conversational chatbots that can be directly deployed for usage bya

large volume of customers.

3. Prepare Chabot user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and

design ideas.

4. Analyze data coming from bot conversation to provide insights w.r.t processes and user

experience enhancement

5. Ensure that the customer understands the solution and receive responses to all open

questions and action items.

6. Prepare solution-related documents and specifications with the ability to write clear,

concise requirements and functional design documentation. Configure the solution,

followed by the creation, execution and maintenance of accurate and detailed test plans

for applicable testing.

7. Drives problem management and associated resolutions delivery with product

management teams.

REQUIRED SKILS

1.Pre-Sales or technical consulting with enterprise software

2. Able to understand technology practitioner - you have got your hands dirty with APIs,

technical definitions, and stitching solutions between partner ecosystems with basic REST

APIs consumption & JSON manipulation knowledge.

3. Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile & Scrum.

4. Good knowledge of preparation of BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Case, UML, ER Diagrams & Flow

Charts.

5. Creation of user-stories and bridging the gap between the development team, client, and

project manager.
6.Requirement Gathering, Preparation of Documents, Writing Test cases, and UAT.
