Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 5–8 years of backend development experience
• Strong in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices

• Responsible for the design, build, deployment, debug & maintenance of iOS applications for app store
• Worked with the UI team to design the appropriate icon and display for the screens.
• Developed the database wrapper functions for data staging and modeled the data objects relevant to the mobile application.
• Tested the application on multiple iOS targets and debugged the issues that were found.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Successfully deployed the app on the App Store and supported the app for different releases of iOS.
• Experience with DevOps development methodologies would be a plus

JOB PURPOSE

• Develop .NET Core applications using React JS reusable components as per need / client specifications
• This is a hands-on role which involves writing code, testing, and deploying finished web applications and libraries

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Looking to hire a single backend engineer who will become a part of the core team, with the track to become a part of the leadership at our company.

Representative (not exhaustive) responsibilities:

• Assess the current design and infrastructure of the backend server, and continuously implement enhancements to make the systems more robust, reliable and responsive
• Design, implement, test, and deploy APIs with Python on Linux servers

• Implement and set up automated tests to periodically test backend infrastructure for reliability, security and performance

Responsibilities :      

• Requirement gathering and stakeholder management for client projects.
• Scope software development projects, create various documents (e.g. SRS, wireframes etc) and define development roadmap along side technical lead.
• Coordinate with clients day to day and act as a product owner to ensure the software being developed is conceptualised and delivered per client's expectations.
• Facilitate kick off meetings, requirement meetings and status meetings.
• Setting out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high quality customer experience while adhering to the SLA’s and work processes 
• Use tools such as JIRA for project management/tracking.
• Verify and validate the software on a regular basis.
• Ensure in-scope development and obtain change request approvals by evaluating against change control processes.
• Conduct impact assessments and manage risks/resolution with least impact to project constraints.
• Manage and mentor a team.
• Coordinate with sales team and participate in pre-sales activities as and when required.
