About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Analyst with strong skills in Manual Testing and Web Automation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality software products, adept at identifying bugs, and ensuring seamless functionality across applications.

Key Responsibilities

●      Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web applications and APIs.

●      Create, maintain, and enhance web automation test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

●      Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Product Managers) to ensure quality at every stage of development.

●      Perform regression testing, smoke testing, sanity testing and end-to-end testing for new releases.

●      Use Jira for defect tracking and reporting, ensuring clear communication of bugs and their statuses.

●      Work with Git for version control and participate in code reviews related to test scripts.

●      Integrate and maintain test execution pipelines using Jenkins (CI/CD).

●      Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter, identifying bottlenecks and providing actionable insights.

●      Perform basic database testing with MongoDB, validating backend data integrity.

Requirements

●      BE/B.Tech/BCA degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

●      1–3 years of experience in Manual Testing and Web Automation Testing.

●      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

●      Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

●      Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

●      Hands-on experience with Selenium/Playwright or similar web automation tools.

●      Knowledge of Programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript and TypeScript).

●      Proficiency in Jira for bug tracking and project management.

●      Basic knowledge of Git for version control.

●      Familiarity with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.

●      Understanding of MongoDB for basic data validation.

Good to Have

●      Exposure to API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).

●      Experience in Performance Testing using JMeter.

●      Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-platform testing.

Subject Matter Expert also referred to as SME, is a person who has special skills or knowledge on a particular job or topic. An SME is considered an expert on a certain topic – not only educated on the subject but has the capacity to share their knowledge with other team members.

Qualification for SME Insurance:

1. 3-5 experience in the insurance industry
2. Experience in insurance products (all products including life, health & general) and processes and the insurance industry chain
3. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
4. English: Fluent

Roles and responsibilities

1. Strong Process & product knowledge of the Insurance products
2. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments. Offer solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to management.
3. Responsible for facilitating OJT for the new joiners on all Insurance related products and processes. 
4. Help in designing a best-in-class customer support and engagement journey for insurance products.
5. Liaise with different stakeholders/partners for quicker resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
6. Ability to take ownership and work for early resolution and closure of customer issues.
7. Ability to accept change and make the best of any situation.
8. Proactive in highlighting/ escalating issues/ concerns/ Areas Of Improvements/ opportunities to the leadership team to get their help as and when needed
9. Handling and monitoring of all complaints received through all mediums through tracking in defined TATs
10. Ensure that complaint closure quality (RCA) is tracked closely by ensuring first understanding all the issues highlighted by the customer. Maintenance of all RCAs and process improvements undertaken for relevant complaints
11. Keeping up to date with all the regulatory requirements and changes in the Insurance industry

Ø Candidate should have civil diploma.

Ø Candidate should have 3-4 year experience.

Ø Must have knowledge of security sector.

Ø Manage all site work of Gurgaon location.

Ø Manage the allocation of resources, including labor materials and equipment.

Ø Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations .

Ø Maintain accurate records of progress, costs and quality control measures.

Ø Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Ø Must have knowledge of AutoCAD & Drawing.

Ø  Proper handling all site fencing work.

• Hands-on development and optimization of image enhancing algorithms for image processing using computational imaging
• Working with peer teams on researching and resolving complex software and system problems
• Analvze and optimize different methodologies to improve output of image processing
• Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to refine algorithms for optimal system performance
• Support products from the early development and prototyping phases through to production
• Developing functional specifications per customer requirements
• Good understanding of image processing techniques such as edge detection skills, image alignment, removing noise, image segmentation, correction/modification, compression, and image reconstruction

• Understand design/brand brief and coming up with visually inventive & original ideas and design (in line with client’s/brand’s objectives)
• Combine art and technology to communicate ideas through text, images and the layout. 
• Use a variety of design elements to achieve artistic or decorative effects.
• Make a strong, effective impact on learners to improve retention of information through the strong Illustration and flash animation skills.

• Thorough knowledge of Flash Animation, illustration with at least 2years of experience.
• Must have Professional knowledge of Character designing or related field required as normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts.
