• Developing a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms, including the company website and social media channels.
• Working with the content writing, graphic design, web development, and social media teams to plan, create, and distribute content
• Proofreading and editing submissions according to brand guidelines
• Performing regular content audits to ensure content is accurate, optimized, updated, and relevant to the target audience

• Generating engaging content for thought leadership pieces, websites, social platforms, and marketing collateral
• Developing and executing content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales, and customer retention

 Key Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, or similar field
• Min of 2-4 years’ experience working as a content manager

• You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.

As a content writer, you’ll be working with product and marketing teams to create valuable content to educate and wow our customers. Your work will have you fiddling with taglines on website pages, writing blog posts for feature announcements, writing content for our consumer and SaaS applications, putting together thought leadership posts for guest publications, sketching educational collateral, framing scripts for feature videos, building presentations to better explain features, and so on.

• Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website, consumer application, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs
• Build and manage an editorial calendar; coordinate with other content crafters to ensure standards
• Measure impact and perform analysis to improve KPIs.
• Include and optimize all content for SEO
• Contribute to the localization of process and content to ensure consistency across regions
• Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellenc

• 1-3 years of working as a content writer / marketer
• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field (Master's degree, a plus)

• · 3+ years of software engineering experience primarily leveraging ReactJS. · Strong engineering and technical background with demonstrable enterprise development experience using ReactJS and RESTful APIs. · Deep understanding of JavaScript/Typescript, HTML5 and CSS. · Experience using Redux, Web Workers and PWAs. · Experience with continuous integration and build (CI/CD) process & tools. · Proven ability to quickly understand functional requirements and technical concepts. · Experience with TDD and familiarity with testing frameworks, ideally Cypress, Selenium and PACT. · Exposure to mobile development via React Native an advantage. The Developer will be part of a cross-functional Scrum team responsible for designing, developing, and testing diverse features of Airtel Payments Bank agile stream.
