About the Role:

Deqode is looking for a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our high-performing engineering team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for developing scalable backend systems using cutting-edge Java technologies and contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle.

This is an on-site role, open only to candidates currently in Jaipur or willing to relocate immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Implement Netflix OSS/Spring Cloud patterns for distributed systems.
• Integrate with messaging systems like Kafka for event-driven architecture.
• Write JUnit test cases and maintain code coverage up to agreed standards.
• Work in a CI/CD environment and contribute to automated build and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Work with AWS services for integration and deployment purposes.

Good to Have:

• Experience in creating and managing Docker images.
• Understanding of Kubernetes for orchestration.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud services from a developer's integration perspective.

WordPress: As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and responsive websites using WordPress. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web solutions that align with our goal.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins, ensuring responsive design and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert designs into functional websites while maintaining visual and brand consistency.
• Customize and extend existing WordPress functionalities to meet specific project requirements.
• Optimize website performance, including page load times, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
• Debug and troubleshoot website issues and implement timely solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands-on experience with Relational Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Messaging Queue (RabitMQ or Kafka)
• Microservices
• Any Caching Mechanism
• Good at problem-solving

Good to Have Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced internet start-up environment.
• Experience in technical mentorship/coaching is highly desirable.
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms is a plus.

• Working closely with the external auditors to achieve common goals
• Conducting Enabling Service Audit (HR, Admin, IT) once in 6 months for the verification of ISMS & QMS Standards
• Performing ISMS and Internal Audit
• Being part of the external Audits (ISMS, QMS & CMMI)
• Managing of implementation of ISMS

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and team building skills with proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilizing the same in a productive manner
• Experience in ISO27001, Internal Audits, CMMI    

This person MUST have:

• BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent
• Cloud app development experience
• Strong Django and ReactJS experience
• Advanced knowledge of Python and relational databases
• Understanding of APIs, pagination, searching, sorting 
• Experience with building, modifying and extending API endpoints (REST or

GraphQL) for data retrieval and persistence.

• Creating high performance UI etc.
• Experience with SQL and NOSQL databases

• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including requirements

collection, design, implementation, testing, and operational support.

• Experience with scrum or other agile software development methodology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, decision making and

influencing skills.

Experience:

• Min 3 year experience
• Not more than 15 year experience.
• Startup experience is a must. 

Location

• Remotely, anywhere in India

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.

Position:

• Full time/Direct

•  Experience in Salesforce Implementation and Enhancements life cycle.
•  Designing and implementing Custom Business Process via Apex and Lightning Technology.
•  Strong knowledge/exposure to all major Salesforce products with hands on experience on core platform.

• implementation.
•  Knowledge / Experience in Enterprise Solution and Architecture Design.
•  Knowledge / Experience in Design and build - clean, high performing (i.e., user-oriented, fast, efficient,
• extensible, scalable) Salesforce and Salesforce-integrated applications following best practices and using the
• latest technologies.
•  Implementing Lightning Components, Apex Controllers, Visual Force Pages, Visual Force Components, Batch
• Apex, Schedulers and Apex Triggers.
•  Having Experience in integrating salesforce with external application using third party tools via SOAP and
• REST API Integration.
•  Knowledge/Experience in Release Management with multiple phases.
•  Knowledge/ Experience of Production Deployment Best Practices.
•  Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements as per the role.
•  Build web and mobile interfaces on the Force.com platform using Visualforce, Apex, and other available
• tools.
•  Keep up to date with the latest plans, developments, and changes in the salesforce platform.
•  Document and develop code according to specifications and standards.
•  Prepare test data and plan and conduct basic unit or module testing.
