Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and scaling paid performance marketing campaigns for D2C or E-commerce brands across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Mandatory (Experience 2): Proven experience in end-to-end campaign management, including campaign setup, budget allocation, bid strategy, audience targeting, optimization, and scaling for revenue growth
Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate (CVR), with demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for efficiency and ROI
Mandatory (Experience 4): Hands-on expertise in tools and tracking systems including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking for performance measurement and attribution
Mandatory (Experience 5): Experience in running multi-channel campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms, with strong knowledge of re marketing, dynamic ads, and funnel optimization strategies
Mandatory (Experience 6): Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and deriving actionable insights from campaign data using Excel/Google Sheets or dashboards
Mandatory (Experience 7): Experience in managing budgets, forecasting performance, and driving monthly revenue/sales targets with end-to-end ownership of campaign outcomes
