We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase expert to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services

required by the organization. This role requires strong negotiation skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to build strong supplier relationships.

The Purchase Expert you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all procurement activities support and adhere to organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Procurement:

o Identify and source suppliers and vendors for various products and services.

o Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.

o Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

2. Purchase Order Management:

o Generate purchase orders and ensure accuracy of specifications, quantities, and

delivery timelines.

o Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery.

o Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and supplier invoices.

3. Inventory Management:

o Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet operational requirements.

o Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient stock

replenishment and distribution.

4. Supplier Relationship Management:

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

o Address supplier issues and concerns promptly to ensure uninterrupted flow of goods

and services.

5. Compliance and Documentation:

o Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

o Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.

Skills and Qualifications:

 Proven experience in Purchase field or similar role, preferably in [industry or sector].

 Solid knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.

 Strong negotiation and communication skills.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 Proficient in MS Office suite and ERP software

Job Description

• Design technical specifications for RPA (Blue Prism) that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.
• Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.
• Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensures documentation is well maintained.
• Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.
• Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
• Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
• Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.
• Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering / Computer Science

Additional Information

•  5- 8 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts.  Should be from a programming background on any coding language (.Net, Java).
• Working experience in RPA for a minimum of 2 years and having project experience of a minimum 3 RPA implementations.
• Understands development methodology and lifecycle
• Should be trained on RPA tools (Blue Prism).
• Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented.
• Well organized, good communication and reporting skills.

1. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

4. Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery instructions.
5. Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
6. Communicate with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and any changes or issues.
7. Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, billing, and payments.

Requirements

·      Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

·      Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)

·      Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

·      Experience in the Spring Framework

·      Experience as a Sun Certified Java Developer

·      Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)

·      Experience with test-driven development

UI Development - Intern

A UI Developer, for an early-stage Analytics startup who can help us translate UX designs into a responsive and rich user interface. Also help in improving design/functionality of product. End goal is to achieve product-market objectives

The candidate will have rich learning into what goes into designing, developing, and scaling a product from scratch. A chance to grow into a UI Development Owner in medium term

Responsibilities

1. Own UI Development closely with UX / Technology Owner

2. Implement and maintain product UI modules/sub-systems.

3. Perform bug verification, release testing and support for assigned products.
