Program & Portfolio Leadership

Own a portfolio of related initiatives by defining and continuously refining a consolidated program roadmap that sequences projects intelligently based on dependencies and capacity, balances competing priorities across teams, and ensures that delivery plans evolve coherently when strategic direction, resource constraints, or market timelines shift.

Requirements & Scope Governance

Establish and enforce high standards of PRD quality by proactively interviewing business stakeholders to deeply understand their problems, operational constraints, and desired outcomes, translating these insights into clearly structured functional and non-functional requirements that are measurable, feasible, and strategically aligned before development begins, while documenting problem statements, exploring and proposing solution approaches in collaboration with product and engineering teams, maintaining portfolio-level prioritization visibility, managing structured scope change assessments, and resolving cross-business requirement conflicts through clear and well-documented decision frameworks.

Cross-Project Dependency & Resource Management

Act as the central coordination layer across parallel initiatives by identifying shared resource bottlenecks, mapping inter-team and inter-system dependencies early in the planning cycle, minimizing execution collisions, and enabling efficient allocation of engineering, QA, and design capacity without compromising delivery confidence.

Executive Stakeholder & Decision Management

Provide consolidated program-level dashboards covering scope health, milestone predictability, budget variance, risk exposure, and ROI tracking, while facilitating structured decision forums that clearly articulate trade-offs between speed, cost, scope, and quality so leadership can make informed prioritization and investment decisions.

Risk & Performance Governance

Identify systemic risks that impact multiple initiatives simultaneously, quantify their potential impact on timeline, revenue, compliance, and reputation, lead mitigation and contingency planning at a program level, and continuously improve delivery maturity by tracking portfolio KPIs such as predictability, cost efficiency, time-to-market, and defect leakage trends.

Organizational Impact & Capability Building

Strengthen delivery culture across teams by mentoring other Project Managers, standardizing governance frameworks and reporting structures, promoting disciplined documentation and execution practices, and influencing cross-functional collaboration models that improve long-term scalability and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and any gaps.

· Lead the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of projects.

· Possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise in Workday HCM and Workday Security.

· Support existing security setup and create/update security assignments as needed.

· Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Security and provide guidance to clients and colleagues.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments in the HCM area and understands how roles and responsibilities drive access to the system.

· Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposal development.

· Utilize your business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for technical improvements.

· Work with colleagues across various domains to deliver results and take ownership of both individual and team outcomes.

Qualification & Experience:

•  At least 3 years of hands-on experience in configuring in Workday HCM and Security.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities.
• Deep understanding of Workday Platform, including HCM and other HR modules.
• Big plus if you have worked on Workday Financial domain security as well.
• Ability to work with HR, finance, and IT teams to align security solutions with business needs.
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in React Native

- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.

- Integrate third-party APIs

- Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms

- Experience with code optimization and performance improvements

- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.

- Knowledge in creating and publishing APK file to both play store and app store is added advantage

- Efficiency to take ownership over the assigned project

- Excellent leadership quality and positive attitude to reach the business objective

- Effective performance with high quality (bug free) output and on time delivery to meet the deadlines.

- Experience in Mongo DB, MySQL, Node JS, AWS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds the iOS application as per the specifications provided by the Product and Design team.
• Can take ownership and ensure delivery while concreting requirements with different stakeholders.
• Solve and articulate complex problems with application design, development, and user experiences.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications. Writes unit tests and do functional and non-functional testing.
• Ships feature in fast moving agile sprints.
• Work on bug fixing and improving the application performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and across teams and collaborate with team leads, server and infrastructure team members to build the best industry standard software.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with third party vendors to integrate functional components.

Requirements

• Software Developer with at least 5+ years of experience in building apps for the iOS platform.
• Knowledge of Data Structure and Algorithms
• Experience in releasing apps to the App Store.
• Good understanding of Swift and Objective-C.
• Must have developed apps using Swift and Objective C interoperability.
• Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• cyber security consulting team, individual’s primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• Will own and / Manage ISMS / ISO 27k projects IT audits, ITGC audits, SSAE, SOC audits, IT Process Audit, Systems Audit, Gap assessment TPRM, GDPR, Infosec, GRC , ISMS , Cyber Security, SOX ITGC on customer engagements
• Will address all aspects of security like physical, logical, data, access etc and review Information Security policy and suggest / recommend necessary changes to the same on customer engagements
• Will be an active participant in internal / third party system security reviews and audits on customer engagements
• Will be an active participant in technical audits like VA / PT
• Will perform internal audits on all aspects of IT and ensure compliance with the prescribed security norms on customer engagements and will be responsible for tracking the open audit findings and closure of the same
