Role Overview:

The Project Coordinator supports end-to-end execution of geospatial, LiDAR, drone, and engineering survey projects by coordinating teams, tracking progress, managing documentation, facilitating data approvals, and ensuring timely billing and deliverables within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing project execution plans, schedules, and task allocation.

• Coordinate daily work activities between field teams, processing teams, QA, CAD, and reporting teams.

• Maintain daily/weekly trackers and ensure adherence to workflow and deadlines.

• Manage all project-related documentation including DPRs, logs, QA/QC sheets, and data records.

• Facilitate submission of raw data, processed data, and deliverables to clients.

• Track client feedback, manage revisions, and ensure timely data approvals.

• Support billing processes through measurement sheets, progress reports, and submission logs.

• Coordinate with clients for progress updates, schedules, and deliverable acceptance.

• Identify risks, track issues, and ensure their timely resolution.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.

• Accuracy and completeness of documentation and reports.

• On-time billing and reduction in invoice approval delays.

• High client satisfaction and feedback.

• Improved internal workflow efficiency and reduced rework.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geomatics, GIS, Management, or related fields.

• Experience in LiDAR, Drone Survey, GIS, CAD, or Engineering project environments preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, Google Workspace, and documentation tools.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Developing system components throughout all phases of the product lifecycle·        
• Own, improve, maintain, and enhance the code of a desktop client application with a native look and feel for Windows, one of the primary access points for users to Egnyte’s cloud-based connect solution
• Influence architecture, features, and implementation of our product·    
• Collaborate with other developers, product owners, and QA in bringing releases in a SaaS delivery model

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Leading a team of developers and QA (team size: 4+) with a full focus on productivity and business delivery
• Taking full responsibility for the new code from the design phase to running it in production (high-scale usage)
• Strong C++ programming (C++14 standard) and debugging skills and design patterns knowledge
• Experience with STL, boost, or WIN32 API·      
• Experience in the development of multi-threaded and multi-process applications·        
• Practice in unit tests development and continuous integration and hands-on experience with REST APIs and Git

• Work with customers and partners to understand, identify the issues and provide technical assistance in the setup, integrations, and usage of the company platform.
• Work with the internal engineering and business development teams, to research, solve and enable customers to their full potential.
• Talk to customers through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes, manuals and FAQs.
• Ensure all customer conversations are logged. Prioritize and manage several open issues at once. Follow up with customers and other internal teams to ensure that the issues are resolved on time
• Work with the product team to identify gaps and recommend solutions for the same.

Requirements

• Up to 4 years of experience.
• An engineer with immense energy and affinity to work with customers and solve their critical issues. B.Tech, especially in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering or related fields, is highly desired.
• Experience in software development technologies. Familiarity with web technologies & scripting languages (HTML, NodeJS, Python in particular) is a strong plus.
• Ability to reason, think and identify problems and work with teams to design, estimate & deliver a solution for the same.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and writing) to converse with customers and the ability to capture knowledge into documentation & reference materials.
• A persistent learner with the ability to constantly learn and grow with the team
