Job Description :

We are looking for two AI Engineers with expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP. One of them must have a strong Azure background and be well-versed in Azure AI services.

Key Requirements :

• Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP
• Azure AI Expertise (For one of the roles):
• Azure AI Search
• Azure AI Document Intelligence
• Azure AI Foundry
• Development & deployment of RAG-based chatbots and AI agents using Azure AI
• Programming : Python (Intermediate to Expert Level)

Roles & Responsibilities

Selected engineer's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Maintaining UNIX user accounts and access managements,

• Good understanding of LDAP vs local IAM management.

• Setting up repositories and maintaining.

• Should be very comfortable with troubleshooting Linux-based systems on issues and failures with good grasp of the Linux command line

• Specialist knowledge in Unix Technologies – RedHat , SUSE Linux & SOLARIS.

• Good hands-on experience in parallel filesystems.

• Good understanding on basic networking technology e.g. TCPIP, ip multipathing, ip aggregation, DNS, DHCP etc.

• Comfortable exploring and testing new Open Source software systems should the need arise to solve particular problems

• Setting up and maintaining SUSE and Red hat Clusters with DRBD, Stonith and Coro sync

• Good knowledge in virtualisation/hypervisor technologies on various operating platforms e.g. VMWare, HPE Service Guard cluster

• Good understanding of the various enterprise technologies e.g. SAN, enterprise backup, enterprise monitoring etc

. • Good knowledge in handling NFS file systems and NFS servers

• Troubleshooting performance issues

• Shell, Power shell and python scripting

• Creating custom image based on the security requirements • Planning and executing security patches periodically

Education, Experience & other requirements

Ø Degree in Computer science, Information technology or any related discipline

Ø Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience into Unix server’s setup, administration, upgrading and support.

Ø Good verbal and written communication and able to manage key stakeholders i.e. project team, security, compliance and IT operations

Ø Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day operations of Inside Sales Team 
• Ensure customer details are complete and correct, also collect contact details, profiles, and nature of business.
• Enrich leads by finding information about the person and the company who has signed up for the product. 
• Identify key contacts at prospect accounts based on title and responsibilities
• Assign the leads to the respective salesperson according to category (start-up, SMB, Enterprise) and region.

• Track daily sign-ups and demo requests and ensure they are all treated within 24 hours
• Help the SDR team with the right companies and personas to target.

Requirements :

• Fluency in prospecting tools and platforms (lead generation, email, phone, data enrichment & cleansing, BDR processes, etc.)
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel is Must.  
• Hands-on with social media - LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 
• Experience with salesforce automation systems will be an added advantage
  
  Candidates from SAAS , Technogy or product background with minimum 2 years experienced.

Software Engineer – C++ (3-6 years of experience)

1. Telecom/Volte LTE 2g 3g  Preferred
2. Programming knowledge of multi-threading, sockets, IPCs.
3. Well versed with std and boost libraries.
4. Working knowledge of GNU compilers, optimization techniques on Unix/Linux based systems.
5. Proficient in debugging tools like GDB/Valgrind and profiling tools like oprofile.
6. Knowledge of Diameter (AAA) Stack

• Development experience of communication protocol stacks
• Hands on experience in multi-threaded design techniques and implementation
• Good hands-on experience on data structures and algorithms

Responsibilities

• Build robust backend systems that do not break down.
• Write clean and reusable code for future use and ease of understanding
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic

• Implementation of security standards, data protection, and privacy protocols

Skills

• Website development. Should be well-versed in HTML / CSS / Javascript
