Designation - Sr Executive - Payroll
Location: Pune , Hadapsar
Experience: 3-4 years
Office time - 10 to 7pm.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
Process payroll timely and accurately.
Ensure compliance with statutory deductions like PF, ESIC, TDS, and Professional Tax.
Maintain payroll records and generate salary slips.
Manage vendor payments related to payroll processing.
Attendance & Leave Management
Verify and process attendance data for payroll calculations.
Manage leave records and ensure accurate leave encashment processing.
Compliance & Statutory Regulations
Handle Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC) contributions, returns, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll-related statutory requirements.
Stay updated with government regulations and implement necessary changes.
Coordinate with consultants for compliance management.
Grievance Handling & Employee Support
Address employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, and other benefits.
Assist employees in claim processing for PF withdrawals, ESIC benefits, etc.
Resolve payroll-related disputes and concerns effectively.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain and update payroll and compliance databases.
Generate reports for audits and management review.
Manage new joinee data and ensure proper documentation.
Handle exit formalities, full & final (FnF) settlement, and documentation.
Key Requirements
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing & Compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS).
Experience with PF & ESIC Portals for filings and issue resolution.
Attention to Detail & Accuracy in payroll and compliance-related documentation.
Ability to handle employee grievances related to payroll and statutory benefits.

- Implementation: Lead the implementation of Informatica MDM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
- Data Modeling: Design and implement data models to support MDM initiatives, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
- Data Quality Management: Implement Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) processes and workflows to improve data quality and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing and configuring Informatica MDM solutions.
- Proficiency in Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Data Director, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), and related Informatica tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of data modelling principles, data integration concepts, and master data management best practices.
- Hands-on experience with data profiling, cleansing, and transformation using Informatica IDQ.
