So, here’s the scoop… Job Responsibilities: • MISSION: Drive signups/registrations for Yapsody Ticketing, Yapsody Concerts, and other Yapsody products and services. • CAMPAIGNS: Oversee planning, documentation and implementation of marketing campaigns for achieving targets set by stakeholders. Present to senior management detailed campaign plans including projected spend and outcome. • CONTENT: Oversee content and advertising platforms as they relate to marketing and branding initiatives. Examples include corporate websites, social media, blogs, digital newsletters, print materials, PR, email and in-app messaging, digital advertising, and on-site & off-site SEO. • TEAM: Manage Yapsody’s marketing team; oversee guidelines, standards, processes, and best practices for maximizing the team’s productivity and effectiveness for achieving the mission. • CUSTOMERS: Oversee activities related to prospect/lead segmentation, identification and prioritization • TRACKING: Oversee quantitative and qualitative tracking of data required for furthering the mission. Examples include market trends, competitor landscape, relevant user activity, and marketing campaign ROI. Skills & Experience Requirements • 5+ years in ecommerce marketing • Last 2+ years main focus on marketing of SaaS-based B2B product • Last 1+ year marketing team management • Flawless verbal and written English communication This is not a boring job by any stretch of the imagination. What you need to be good at Brand activation: in collaboration with the Founders, you’ll be devising the playbook for making DemandMatrix a household name among B2B marketers in the USA. And you’ll be responsible for executing that playbook. You will be responsible for building inbound lead generation engine. Social media marketing (mainly FB, TW, LI, and IG - but what are we missing?) Social media advertising (again, all the usual suspects) Content marketing. We’re invested in HubSpot and want to get the most out of it. If you’re not a natural at creating novel content, you’ve got ideas about how to fill that gap. On that note, you’ll use HubSpot to drive our marketing strategies across a variety of personas. All things website. Wordpress is at the core of our customer-facing web presence and we want to do more with it. SEO, SEM, AdWords, YouTube. They’re all a part of your canvas. And other creative growth strategies...your main function would be to build inbound lead generation machine!
