Job Title: L2 SIEM Administrator - LogRhythm

Location:

Pune – Customer Site (Magarpatta)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive L2 SIEM Administrator with expertise in LogRhythm to manage, maintain, and optimize our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will develop use case frameworks, implement SIEM rules, and ensure efficient log management and threat detection.

Key Responsibilities:

LogRhythm Administration:

Manage and maintain the LogRhythm SIEM platform for optimal performance.

Develop, implement, and fine-tune use case frameworks and detection rules to enhance threat detection.

Incident Analysis:

Investigate security alerts and logs to identify and respond to threats.

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level teams or external stakeholders.

Log Management:

Onboard and configure log sources, ensuring accurate data ingestion and normalization.

Validate log integrity across network and endpoint sources.

Optimization and Troubleshooting:

Resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.

Monitor and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Proven expertise with LogRhythm, including creating and managing use case frameworks and detection rules.

3+ years of experience in SIEM administration.

Strong understanding of security logs, event correlation, and incident analysis.

Familiarity with scripting (Python, PowerShell) and security frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).

Relevant certifications (e.g., LogRhythm Certified Professional (LRCP)) are a plus.

• Hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development using SharePoint framework (SpFx), React JS, Typescript, and CSOM.
• Experience in React, jQuery, .Net Framework, HTML5/JavaScript and general web development tools/technologies.
• Total 10+ years experience and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the SharePoint architect role.
• Hands-On experience developing using Microsoft Azure Logic Apps, PowerApps, PowerBI, and MS Flows
• Strong working knowledge of MS Graph and office.js API
• Experience in SharePoint 2016, SharePoint 2013, and SharePoint Online.
• Good experience in customer handling, team handling, and project management.
• Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer science or Engineering.
• Robust solution architect experience.
• Experience in O365 architecture

Specific Responsibilities

• Excellent Communication Skills and Content Writing skills - this is non-negotiable and is a must.
•  Will be responsible for planning and managing all Inbound and Outbound outreach campaigns that are a mixture of email marketing and telemarketing
• Having prior knowledge of working with Product Marketing 
• Coordinate with Telemarketer to make the follow-up to convert sourced leads into appointments
• Maintaining the KPI for the team and the campaigns, drafting an analytics report every month and evaluate the performance with the growth manager and do course correction where required.
• Prior knowledge of working on any CRM for an end to end marketing and sales campaigns 
• Promptly responding to emails from potential clients, coordinating with the sales team to ensure the appointment is set up, and to ensure all sales collaterals are ready before a sales call.

1. Development and Test Automation experience through Test Driven Development (TDD)
2. Establishing and executing Automated testing strategy for mobile apps with Tools like Perfecto Mobile/Appium or Web Driver/Selenium, TestNG and continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Git, Stampede etc.
3. Sound knowledge in JAVA is must have
4. Experience in Mobile AppDev and Test management tool (JIRA, qTest) and
5. Monitoring/Troubleshooting Tools Splunk, DynaTrace, SOAP UI 

1.  2+ of experience in producing test plans and creating test UI scripts/cases
2. Good experience of the management of all or part of the Mobile AppDev and UI Test execution phase in projects
3. Work in Agile methodology with TDD
4. Experience in API and Database Automated Testing
5.  Hands on experience of iOS (Objective C/Swift) and Android (Kotlin) technologies
6. Hands on experience in developing test artifacts and processes. Should have done test reporting with good clarity and no ambiguity
7. Experienced working in an onshore/offshore environment with flexible and adaptable working style to work with aggressive project schedules
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
9. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
