Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong focus on short video content creation for digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both graphic design and video editing, with the ability to ideate, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design visually compelling graphics for digital, web, and social media platforms.
• Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, Ads, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
• Develop motion graphics and basic animations as needed.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and video content best practices.
• Work on-site and coordinate with the team for shoots and editing sessions.

Required Skills :

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc. is a plus).
• Strong sense of design, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong portfolio of graphic and video work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role with a portfolio showcasing short video content.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and their content requirements.

 Design Calculation for sizing electrical Panel, MCC, cable, earthing calculations. Calculation of Power

 Consumption of Plants, Sizing calculation for incomer MCC, Motors,  Detailed study of Tender Documents and preparation of specification and Datasheet for MCC, Motor,

 Power cables, Control Cables, LPBS.

 Preparation of equipment / system specification, single line diagrams, schematic diagrams, VFD Panels, cable specification.

 Preparation of Plant Cable Tray Layout, Earthing Layout with electrical draftsman.

 Preparing Load List (process & Supply) Based On inputs from mechanical & supply requirements.

 Preparation of Cable and Interconnecting Schedules of Power and Control Cables for WTP, STP,ETP

 Preparation of Instruments Index, IO list ,JB Schedule , SOV Box Schedule , RFQ for PLC System , RFQ of Instruments(PG,PT,MGFT,LS,LG) ,RFQ of Analyzer (silica, PH, Conductivity ,ORP etc).

 Technical evaluation of techno-commercial offers received from vendors for MCC, Motors, Cables, LPBS,VFD, PLC, Instruments , Cable Tray ,GA Drawing ,Scheme drawing , Interconnection details.

 Participation in Inspection and Testing of Electrical Panels/equipment/PLC at Vendor works.

 Participation in Project review meeting internal and external. Addressing/Resolution Technical queries

 raised by client, Vendor.

Reporting: Mention reporting relationships

 Head – Engineering (E&I)

Overseeing all technology operations including Software, Networking,

Hardware and Security along with evaluating them according to

established goals.

• Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the

implementation of strategies set by upper management with plans for

redundancy, zero to no downtime and constantly improving business operations

and processes

• Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their

technology needs.

• IT Head manage and supervise an organization's technical operations which

includes overseeing IT department employees and ensuring all technology.

systems and applications support the organization's goals and objectives.

• IT Head should have in-depth knowledge of new software development, able

to prepare Wire frame design & Architecture, able to design and describe

SOW for all new IT software development.

• Overseeing all IT operations infrastructure.

• Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with

organizational objectives.

• Liaising with other departments to determine and address their IT needs and

requirements.

• Managing and supervising employees in the IT department.

• Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.

• Preparing financial budgets and performance reports.

IT AVP Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

• A master's degree in computer science is preferred.

• Proof of continued education, such as software certifications, is desirable.

• Experience with ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, Warehouse Management

(WMS)/Supply Chain Management (SCM), Cloud Storage (Azure/AWS), DAM, MS

365, Marketing Automation and other business applications

• Knowledgeable in successful API integration of CTI and other communication

technologies like whatsapp with business applications

• Identifying vendors, developing SOW and wireframes, successfully managing projects

to completion for Websites (js/node/react/shopify/wordpress etc) and application

development

• Use of low code/no node application development in MS platforms would be

desirable

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience.

• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

1. We are looking for candidates who have good programming skills. Strong on data structures, algorithms, understand time space complexity, able to come up with multiple solutions and then arrive at most optimized one keeping in mind customer requirements. Should also be well aware of OO concepts. If he / she has a strong background on these areas ( in any programming language),
2. Next the candidate should have worked on JS  with good hands on experience in a few projects mainly in backend development like making api calls, handling exception, models, data transformations, controllers etc. 
3. The last would be having some experience in any one of react.js/ node.js or even angular.js since some of these are being used in the current project. 
4. Prefer candidates with Angular (ver 8+), react.js (ver 16+), Node (Ver 14+) and extremely good in JavaScript, HTML & CSS
5. Experience : 3-6 years relevant

Our platform also provides deep insights into driver behaviour for better understanding and modelling of risk.

We provide our technology as a platform to motor insurance companies, and now expanding into fleets and ride sharing, to help them reduce accidents and get better visibility of their risk exposure.

We are looking for a product manager to own and manage the product, based out of our Bangalore location.

The key responsibilities we are looking for are:
