Learners Point Academy is seeking a hands-on AI Automation Engineer to architect, deploy, and scale intelligent automation systems across Sales, Marketing, Academics, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience.

1️⃣ Operational Workflow Automation

• Automate CRM workflows (Bitrix24 / Zoho or similar)
• Build intelligent lead scoring systems
• Auto-generate proposals from structured CRM inputs
• Deploy WhatsApp automation with tiered logic
• Design cross-functional task routing systems
• Implement automated follow-up sequences
• Build cross-department reporting pipelines

2️⃣ AI Agents & Intelligence Systems

• Build internal AI Sales Assistant (copilot model)
• Develop Academic AI Assistant (summaries, grading support)

Job Description

• Gather and analyse information on existing business processes in order to make
• recommendations that seek to improve business systems and processes.
• Analyse and document requirements for enhancements to systems and / or business
• processes. May involve investigation of third-party vendors or systems.
• Clearly document solutions and recommendations to business problems
• Review requirements and designs with relevant stakeholders to obtain agreement and sign off proposals.

• 5-6 years of ASP.NET, C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and SQL Server, AWS and Microservices
• 3+ years technical leadership and architecture experience in software development
• 4+ years working in SQL-backed environments.
• 3+ knowledge of client-side JavaScript frameworks like React and Redux
• In depth knowledge of REST services (WCF, Web API, Microservices)
• In depth knowledge of Solid work experience in building SaaS based products.
• Experience and clear understanding of how to plan and execute within iterations and sprints.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Innovative, challenging programming work in the Microsoft stack, with SQL Server as a back end
• Ability to work independently with the knowledge and capability to come in and make an immediate impact.

Digital Test Analyst

The role will work collaboratively with almost all facets of the agency including our super talented UX, Creative, UI and Development teams as well as our Project Managers. 

THE ROLE 

Sitting within the delivery team, you will be responsible for: 

·       Undertaking manual testing on digital projects such as websites, mobile apps, API’s testing, data verification and validation, and CMS backend testing 

·       Cross Browser, Platform and Device testing, and accessibility testing where applicable 

·       Defining test cases based on project scope to meet project acceptance criteria 

·       Execution of test cases; covering functional, non-functional and regression testing 

·       Creation and ongoing management of Test Plans 

·       Writing and executing automated UAT functional tests using tools such as Selenium and / or Appium 

·       Collaborating with internal and external test resources to execute the test plan 

·       Creation and ongoing management of testing processes 

·       Working with development resources to raise and resolve defects within the test plan timeline 

THE ESSENTIALS 

To most effectively perform as the Test Analyst, you should have: 

·       Extensive experience in website functionality testing 

·       Minimum 3 years commercial experience as an experienced Digital Test Analyst 

·       Automated testing experience using tools such as Selenium is a must 

·       Skills to break down project scope into test cases 

·       Strong technical proficiency (Javascript skills preferred) 

·       Experience using JIRA and communicating at a technical level with Developers 

·       Best practice quality assurance and attention to detail is a must 

·       Strong communication skills 

·       Proactive approach to your work 

·       Leading the testing on a large website project highly regarded
