I am looking for someone with hands-on experience in:

• End-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing
• Partnering with internal hiring teams and external candidates
• Candidate engagement and recruitment coordination
• Basic HR operations and administrative activities
• Business partnering and stakeholder management
• Supporting hiring teams in delivering a smooth recruitment experience
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Boolean Search techniques & other searching capabilities.
• Strong working experience of Excel, PPT and Word

• Keeping track of the recruitment database and reporting to the HOD on a frequent basis as needed. There will be a greater emphasis on employee retention and lower employee turnover.
