Job Responsibilities

As a Quality Analyst Engineer, you will be expected to:

· Thoroughly analyze project requirements, design specifications, and user stories to understand the scope and objectives.

· Arrange, set up, and configure necessary test environments for effective test case execution.

· Participate in and conduct review meetings to discuss test plans, test cases, and defect statuses.

Execute manual test cases with precision, analyze results, and identify deviations from expected behavior.

· Accurately track, log, prioritize, and manage defects through their lifecycle, ensuring clear communication with developers until resolution.

· Maintain continuous and clear communication with the Test Manager and development team regarding testing progress, roadblocks, and critical findings.

· Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive test documentation, including:

o Detailed Test Plans

o Well-structured Test Cases for various testing processes

o Concise Summary Reports on test execution and defect status

o Thorough Test Data preparation for test cases

o "Lessons Learned" documents based on testing inputs from previous projects

o "Suggestion Documents" aimed at improving overall software quality

o Clearly defined Test Scenarios

· Clearly report identified bugs to developers with precise steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results, facilitating efficient defect resolution

Mandatory Experience Requirement

• Total experience: More than 7 years in Software Testing / Quality Assurance
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing
• Experience in:
• Mobile Application Testing (Android/iOS)
• Web Application Automation
• Automation frameworks and scripting tools
• Strong understanding of QA processes and defect lifecycle management

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Set up and manage test environments.
• Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
• Coordinate closely with developers and the Test Manager on issue resolution.
• Maintain test documentation including reports, test data, and quality improvement suggestions.
• Provide insights to improve overall product quality and performance.

As an SSE, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems

that power our platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Python Django and a

strong understanding of databases, caching, and distributed systems.

● Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using

Python Django.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate

them into technical solutions.

● Optimize application performance and scalability by implementing caching strategies, load

balancing, and distributed computing techniques.

● Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices for data storage, retrieval,

and access control.

● Develop and maintain integrations with external APIs and services to support seamless

interactions with third-party systems.

● Identify and address performance bottlenecks and other system issues to improve overall

system efficiency.

● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry-standard coding practices.

● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and

adherence to best practices.

● Mentor junior team members and assist in their professional growth.

- Must have 3+ years’ experience in ASP .NET with C# and VB.NET

- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in SQL Server

- Must have experience working with SOAP and REST Web Services

- Must have experience with SSRS and SSIS

- Must have some experience with MVC framework and Angular JS

- Must be able to work with basic CSS and HTML

- Must be able to work with jQuery and JavaScript

- Experience with Reporting Services, WCF, etc. would be a strong positive

Job roles and responsibilities

• Design and implement key components of our technical infrastructure, including services supporting payments, lottery results, user management, and game mechanics

• Creating & Managing Paid Campaigns on Marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Purplle, Myntra, etc
  
• Plan, create and manage Marketplace ads campaign on Seller central by formulating strategies and road map for successful delivery of PPC campaigns
• Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver the most efficient results
• Understanding of Listing Management, A+ Content, Inventory Management
• Monitor and optimize campaign spending, keyword bids, negative keywords, campaign targeting, and other important account metrics
• Analyse data, look for various patterns, use them to create campaigns and get new users

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of exp of strong experience with ecommerce or in a digital marketing agency managing ecommerce brands.
• Proven track record of delivering month-on-month revenue growth keeping marketing budget in line
• Paid digital media and performance marketing across Google, Facebook, Instagram and some exposure to SEO would be bonus
• Good to have exposure of handling budget of upwards of 50L a month
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Strong analytical thinker with good business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred

• Team with top-notch engineers, product managers, program managers, DevOps and QA following agile development methodologies
• Review functional requirements, providing technical feedback on feasibility and architectural approach and framework.
• Design and develop web / mobile applications
• Create Prototype and/or Proof of Concepts (POCs) when necessary
• Act in a technical leadership capacity: Mentor junior engineers and new team members, perform code reviews and apply technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems

• 3+ years of experience developing Backend, API and data-based applications/software
• Experience with one of the major relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, Postgres) and NoSQL databases (Mongo DB, Cassandra, Dynamo DB or such)
• Expert object-oriented programming experience using Java
• Strong OO design and programming skills in Java, Hibernate, JPA, Spring Boot
• Worked in Maven, JPA, REST services, Postman
• Working knowledge on Spring Security / Spring Batch / ZUUL / Eureka / Hysterix
• Exposure with Frontend technologies (React.js, Angular or Ruby-on-Rails)
