Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing Specialist. They will be responsible for creating and executing social media marketing strategies, social media content creation, and digital marketing. The candidate should possess strong communication skills to aid in creating content that effectively portrays the company's culture and interests. They will be responsible for engaging with the target audience and building relationships with them through online platforms.

Qualifications and Key Responsibilities

• Deep knowledge of handling social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to drive organic engagement and reach.
• Proficient in running and managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive traffic and achieve business objectives.
• Strong understanding of how to use SEO techniques and organic methods to boost engagement on all social media platforms.
• 2-5 years in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
• Proficient in managing content delivery to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Skilled in crafting original, high-quality content without relying on AI tools or plagiarism.
• Capable of writing SEO-driven articles that enhance organic visibility and drive traffic and perform on page and off page SEO
• Ability to develop creative and engaging social media strategies that align with business objectives.
• Skilled in tracking and analyzing social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights) to ensure continuous optimization.
• Regularly monitor competitors' activities and recommend adjustments to strategies for better performance.

Android Developer

Skills Required: -

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as “touch”
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization

We are looking for a Lead Backend Engineer who has hands-on experience working with and leading Product teams and has solved for and built complex backend solutions. You'll be involved with bringing features and products from idea to completion and mentoring an incredibly talented group of peers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with CXO’s, product managers, devops, and frontend engineers to collaboratively own the backend-end layer for Vauld’s application.
• Architect and build highly scalable, secure features keeping the long term vision of the product.

Requirements:

• You have 7 years or more of backend development experience with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance applications.
• Worked with and built high performance products using Node Js/GoLang/ Python and have seen the product evolution cycle from PoC to Production 
• You have a deep understanding of design principles and can rightly judge/implement solutions to complex problems
• You are capable of writing high-quality code that conforms to the standards and best practices in a particular language/framework.
• You have experience building a product using a mainstream library or framework.
• You love to own end to end responsibility, starting from defining the problem statement (either yourself or alongside your peers), development (PoC if needed), testing, releasing in staging & then production environment, and finally monitoring.

Preferred:

• Previous work experience in product-based startups
• Experience building for products that have scaled and have seen the product evolution
• Understands the cryptocurrency landscape

• Up to date with the latest developments in AR and AI technologies.

Qualifications include:

• Strong CS fundamentals including familiarity with data structures and especially the asynchronous challenges that face JavaScript developers today.   
• Experience developing in at least 2 server side languages (PHP, node.js, …)  
• Experience developing in at least 1 client side JS framework (ReactJS, Angular, …)  
• Experience testing software in alignment with the Test Pyramid.  
• Experience with datastores, either SQL (MySQL preferred) or NoSQL, and the ability to talk deeply about them.  
• Able to identify the source of complex problems occurring as a result of multiple systems interacting (experience with observability tools such as datadog/newrelic is a plus).   
• Experience working on a team of 5 engineers plus supporting roles (e.g. QA, design, etc), preferably as a Senior Software Engineer.  
• Experience with code review, being able to sign-off on another team member’s code ensuring high quality standards.  
• Be self-sustained even when tackling the highest profile, most difficult work across the organization.  
• Willingness to accept responsibility and be accountable not only for your own work but the work of the team as a whole.  
• Experience working with other people’s code, how to dig into it and make tactical changes with minimal side effects.  
• A solid understanding of how to break down user stories and give estimates that include accessibility and security requirements.
