Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our Marketing & Branding team. You will be responsible for designing engaging graphics, marketing assets, and digital content that communicates our brand, product, and values effectively across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality marketing materials: brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and emailers
• Create engaging social media graphics, infographics, and motion graphics
• Develop visual assets for website, blog posts, landing pages, and campaigns
• Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency
• Edit and produce short videos, reels, and animations (optional but preferred)
• Assist in improving the visual identity and branding guidelines
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a Creative Designer or Graphic Designer
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, etc.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and animation tools is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across digital and print media
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines
• Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
• Passionate about creativity, branding, and storytelling through visuals

Nice to Have:

Job Description:

·      Database Design & Development:

• Design, develop, and optimize database structures, tables, views, stored procedures, and functions in MS SQL Server.
• Ensure data integrity, performance tuning, and security of database systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database schemas based on application needs.

·      .NET Web API Development:

• Develop and maintain RESTful Web APIs using .NET Core MVC.
• Ensure APIs are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to integrate APIs with applications.

·      Data Management & Maintenance:

• Perform data migrations, backups, and recovery strategies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues, query optimization, and implement best practices for indexing and partitioning.

·      Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and adhere to development standards and best practices.

·      Documentation:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for database structures and APIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·      2-3 years of experience in MS SQL Server (2016 or later), including database design, writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

·      Strong experience in developing .NET Web APIs (using .NET Core MVC).

·      Proficiency in C# and understanding of RESTful API principles.

·      Strong experience in Entity Framework for data access.

·      Familiarity with SQL Profiler and other database performance monitoring tools.

·      Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, etc.) is a plus.

·      Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·      

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Experience with Azure SQL Database or other cloud-based database solutions.

·      Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with all of the AWS services and other similar cloud  services

Strong knowledge of core architectural concepts including distributed computing , scalability,  availability, and performance to recommend the best backend solutions for our products

• ITCAN is looking for an AWS Solution Architect who will be responsible for development of scalable, optimized, and reliable backend solutions using AWS services for all our products. You will ensure that our products consume AWS services in the mast effective methods. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse requirements and devise innovative, efficient, and cost-effective architecture using AWS components and services that ensure scalability, availability and high- performance.
• Develop automation and deployment utilities using Ruby, Bash and Shell scripting and implementing
• CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Code Deploy, Git, Code Pipeline, Code Commit etc. To ensure seamless  deployment with no downtime.
• Redesign architectures end Lo-end seamlessly by working through major software upgrades such as Apache.
• Ensure an always-running network with the ability to set up redundant DNS systems with failover capabilities.
• Ensure the AWS services consumed are aligned with best practices to ensure higher availability and security along with optimal cost utilization.
• Using AWS-managed services, implement ELK systems end-to-end.

• You will be building and shipping robust apps to Android/ iOS devices using a single codebase.
• You will be writing readable and clear code using Dart that will be extensively documented for future use and upgrades.

What you need to have:

Key aspects of this role: 

• Maintain, update, and enhance ITSM environment including Incident, Request,  Problem, Change and Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Service Portals,  SLAs, Discovery, and Integrations 
• Participate in the implementation and configuration of other ServiceNow products outside of ITSM to increase the adoption of the ServiceNow platform. • Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and  troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform. Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.

To be the right fit, you will need: 

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development and  configuration.  
• Proficient in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools.
• Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog), PPM/ITBM• Understanding of IT and business requirements with ability to develop, test, deploy improvements, and update Manage and administer lists, filters, forms, platform  interfaces (to other data sources) and the data within tables, import sets and the  CMDB.
