We are seeking a Developer Team Lead who will own the technical execution, architecture, and delivery of Super AI’s core platforms and customer implementations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide full-stack and AI engineers, ensure high-quality code, and translate business and government requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready systems.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing code, reviewing architectures, mentoring developers, and collaborating with product, pre-sales, and leadership teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Responsible for communicating with customers from a collections stand-point

● Omni channel communication such as Email, SMS, Tele Calling etc.

● Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments in a friendly manner, and proactively propose solutions based on defined SOPs

● Monitor accounts on a daily basis

● Identify outstanding account receivables

● Collaborating on debt collection efforts with Finance, Sales, and the Legal team.

● Investigate historical data for debts and bills

● Developing debt collection strategies and plans

● Take actions in order to encourage timely payments

● Process payments and refunds

● Resolve billing issues ● Ensure compliance to all federal and local regulations for collection process

● Update account status records

REQUIREMENTS

● Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related field

● 3-6 years of relevant experience

● Experience working in the collections team for consumer credit products such as Credit Card, Personal Loan, Education Loan, 2W and 4W, Home Loan, etc.

● Excellent knowledge of various collection techniques

● Experience in developing and enacting debt recovery plans and strategies to prevent losses

● Knowledge of MS Office, Data Interpretation, databases, and alternate mode of collections

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Demonstrated experience of being empathetic with customers

● Problem-solving and critical-thinking skill

Location: Remote

We are looking for a solution architect who can build exceptional solutions in and around Hyper-Converged Infrastructure. His/her role primarily includes ©designing the solutions around the HCI Platform used by the company to build solutions also should include the different flavors of technologies to build solutions as per the requirement of the customer.

A successful solution architect should be ahead in tech innovation taking place in the HCI field. Should be creative in identifying new software, hardware and/or platforms that can be added advantage to the solution offerings and deliver an excellent solution to the customer.

Requirements and Qualifications
