Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as App support or product support
2. Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, request/response flow.
3. Understanding of HTTP, webhooks.
4. Ability to read logs and use monitoring tools.
5. Experience with Jira, Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar ticketing tools.

- Design, Maintain, Support and Troubleshoot LDAP infrastructure spread across geographies and used for Authentication and authorization of critical applications/infrastructure.

- Design, Maintain, Support and Troubleshoot LDAP databases running on MySQL and Berkely DB.

- Design, Maintain, Support and Troubleshoot OpenSSL OR any other crypto suite.

• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
• Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
• Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar.
• At least two years' experience as a Node.js developer.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
• Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours.

Requirement understanding and elicitation, analysis, data/workflows, contribution to product

projects and Proof of concept (POC)

 Contribute to preparing design documents and effort estimations.

 Develop AI/ML Models using best-in-class ML models.

 Building, testing, and deploying AI/ML solutions.

 Work with Business Analysts and Product Managers to assist with defining functional user

stories.

 Ensure deliverables across teams are of high quality and documented. 

 Recommend best ML practices/Industry standards for any ML use case.

 Proactively take up R and D and recommend solution options for any ML use case.

Role and Responsibilities-

• Dialing 50-80+ calls and counseling students who have enquired about the product/ services.
• Scheduling free demo lectures for the students.
• Doing post demo calls and closing sales.
• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
• Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile.
• Flexible to work on additional days and hours.

• Collaborate with engineers to gather user requirements.
  Use various ideation methods like brainstorming to solve the user’s needs to add value to the company.
• Create a cohesive style guide to ensure consistent design language is followed across the product.
• Showcase design ideas through sitemaps, storyboards, and process flows. Implement the latest design innovations to ensure that the product is in accordance with the cutting-edge technology.
• Define user task flows and interaction models. Conduct user research and create user Personas Conduct customer and competitor analysis. Create prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to demonstrate the functioning and layout of the product.
• Optimises UI designs and tests for intuitiveness and user-centeredness.  Conduct usability testing to identify gaps in design and see if they can be further improved.
