Role Description Role- Frontend Developer (Next JS) CTC- Upto 12 LPA

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. Using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.

Responsibilities Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications. Build reusable code and libraries for future use. Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science. 2+ years' experience in frontend development. React and Next JS experience is must. Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies. Experience building object-oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Frontend Developer:

• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly-responsive user interface components using React concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js workflows.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Offer: 3L PA - 5.4L PA

Job Location: Remote for 6-12 months due to the pandemic, then Mumbai, Maharashtra

Required experience:

1-2 years and above experience in developing frontend UIs using HTML5, CSS, Javascript with ReactJS. Candidate must have experience with data binding and state management (Redux/MobX)

Key Skills required :

1. Proficiency in HTML5 development

2. Proficiency in CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap ⅘

3. Strong understanding of Javascript

4. Hands on experience in building and implementing UIs in ReactJs including experience in building components, observables, state management and data binding

5. Strong expertise in building Responsive Websites

6. Experience fixing performance issues using tools like GTMetrix and Pagespeed Insights

7. Working experience in maintaining code versioning by committing to Git repositories

KRAs includes :

1. Understanding the scope of work and arriving at timelines

2. Frontend UI development using Reactjs, HTML5, Javascript and CSS

3. Implementing media queries and following Responsive Web Design principles for responsive websites

4. Implementing state management, databinding and mocking APIs

5. Unit testing prepared web applications and HTML pages

6. Coordinating with the testers to resolve any bugs

7. Reporting on daily and weekly progress

8. Optimization and performance tuning of code

Your Responsibilities

• You will be a rockstar front end engineer bringing to life designs and solutions created in collaboration with designers and product managers. You will be responsible for converting the requirements to fast, optimised, usable interfaces, loved by our users.
• You will be the main source of knowledge on everything “front end” related and guide the team to make correct technical decisions to ensure the speed and scale of the solutions deployed.
• Collaborate daily with back-end developers and web designers to improve the usability
• You will be a key person in ensuring that agile processes created by the team are adhered to and you actively contribute to the improvement of these processes. You will be responsible for estimating your tasks and ensuring that promised timelines are met.
• You will be responsible for the performance, security, scalability, reusability and quality of the applications under you. You will collaborate with senior engineering managers/architects to refine & improve your solutions. You will cascade the same culture across the team by supporting and mentoring team members, helping build truly scalable applications
• You will need to collaborate closely with product managers, designers and business stakeholders to achieve predictable results at a rapid pace. 
• You will be able to handle competing priorities and chart the best course of action for yourself and your team members ensuring blockers are removed
• You will help in attracting and evaluating tech talent to help build the engineering brand of the organization.

Desired background & skills

• 3-9 years of experience as an engineer at top tier digital product companies across consumer or SMB. 
• 3+ years of experience in working on front end JS frameworks like React/Angular/Vue
• Excellent knowledge of working with responsive and adaptive designs. Expert in HTML5, JAVAScript, JQuery & CSS. Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Experience of design collaboration tools such as Zeplin, Figma, XD, Invision. 
• Bonus if either you’re a full stack developer with knowledge of the back end or have experience with cross-platform mobile technologies such as React Native or Flutter.
• You have strong problem-solving skills, data structures and algorithms. 
• Passion to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment. conscientious, curious, hard-working individual who craves accountability and loves to solve complex problems.

•    Angular developer (3 - 5 years of experience)

•      Should have expert level knowledge to Design, Develop and test Web Apps with Angular versions 6 and above.

•      Primary Skills – Angular6+, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript.

•      Node JS as backend will be advantage

•      Knowledge of Mongo, MySql will be advantage

•      Highly skilled at front-end engineering using Object-Oriented JavaScript, TypeScript, various JavaScript,TypeScript patterns and frameworks.

•      Should have experience in publishing and consuming Services using REST API

•      Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of handling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.
