Position Overview

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Salesforce Automation Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce testing, with hands-on experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or TestNG. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining automated test scripts, executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. A solid understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and APIs is essential. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control systems like Git is preferred. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies and improve the overall QA process. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed financial models including 3-statement, DCF, LBO, and scenario/sensitivity analysis

• Draft valuation reports aligned with SEBI, RBI, IBC, and Companies Act guidelines

• Create compelling pitch decks, teasers, and investment memorandums

• Conduct industry-specific research and apply appropriate valuation methodologies

• Ensure precision, compliance, and high-quality output in all deliverables

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients during the afternoon shift

Candidate Requirements :

Experience: 1–2 years in financial modelling and valuation

• Education: MBA (Finance),

Semi-qualified CA or CFA • Skills:

Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Index-Match, etc.)

o PowerPoint proficiency for investor presentations

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Owns the user experience on the website and Mobile App to provide the best-in-class experience for our online users.

• Owns the design strategies, framework, tools and governance for the Indian website and Mobile App in line with the local user needs and the Company's United Design Framework.

• Responsible for complete digital experience from the user research phase, design to the delivery of the mock-ups.

• Co-own the A/B testing strategy to run multiple usability tests on our online platforms and identify the quick wins through a data driven approach.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

Preferred Skillsets:

1. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.

2. Hands-on experience with Excel.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts to verify the accuracy of financial transactions.

2. Analyze financial data identify discrepancies or anomalies, and investigate the root causes.

3. Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation of reconciliation activities.

4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to account reconciliation.

What you need to shine?

• You have the prior experience in modernising legacy applications.
• You are a passionate hands-on developer with deep experience in building enterprise grade software in Microsoft ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SOA, Micro-Services and RESTful Services with knowledge of SQL Server database.
• You have the ability to see and work on the big picture (Application Architecture) and devilish details (Complex Code).
