We are looking for Tech Leads working with our Application Engineering team, designing, and developing a variety of applications. More specifically, you will:
- Determine the functional, non-functional requirements and scope working with the business analysts and engineering managers
- Design and develop multi-tier, cloud-native, high performance, and scalable solutions
- Apply software engineering principles, design patterns and best practices to build solutions that are testable, secure, and robust
- Lead cross functional agile teams across the software development lifecycle
- Evaluate design alternatives using proof of concepts and collaborate with architects to choose optimal solutions
- Performing design and code reviews
- Collaborate with project/program managers to estimate, plan, and mitigate technical risks at module/project level
- Mentor and groom developers to deliver high quality solutions
What do we expect?
- Years of Experience: 5+ years
- Relevant hands-on experience with one of more of the following:
- Programming Languages – Python with Django / Flask / Java / C#.net
- Web server technologies - Node.js / Nginx
- Database technologies - MySQL / Oracle / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Testing frameworks – Junit/ Selenium
- Cloud environments - AWS / Azure / GCP (Good to have)
- Good understanding of API design and development

JOB PROFILE:
An opportunity for an SDET, the role will be working alongside an expanding QA team, and the candidate will be focusing on writing automated acceptance tests for Android Mobile Apps
Responsibilities:
• Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework & approach.
• Implement, maintain and improve test automation frameworks
• Write automation scripts for overall app functionalities
• Actively work with development and infrastructure teams for integrating test automation as an integral part of the Continuous Delivery pipeline
• Provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to implement test automation cross the organisation
• Pro-actively seek to make continuous improvements to test coverage, execution and automation
• Conduct performance/load testing for both client-side and server-side of the app using Jmeter
