We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to create, test, and optimize CNC programs for precision parts. This role requires expertise in CNC programming, machining processes, and teamwork with engineering and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create machine tool paths using CAM software for milling, turning, and other operations.
- Prioritize and manage workloads to minimize downtime and delays.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize designs and machining processes.
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues.
- Support machine operators with setup, operation, and CNC maintenance.
- Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Follow safety, quality, and company policies
Responsibilities and duties:
- 2 years of experience as a CNC programmer and CAM programmer in a manufacturing environment, with proficiency in CAM software and CNC machining processes.
- Minimum Qualification: ITI, Diploma in Mechanical or Equivalent.
- Shall be having knowledge of CAM programming
- Shall be looking into CNC & Mould Department
