We are hiring for a pre seed funded startup called Zeromoblt (https://zeromoblt.com/), a high-agency Hyderabad-based startup revolutionizing student transportation with lean, intelligent tech stacks.

Our mission: architect world-class systems from scratch—fast, scalable, and algorithmically sharp—using Kotlin, React, AWS (EC2, IoT, IAM), Google Maps, and multi-cloud setups. Stealth mode operations mean you're building 0→1 products with founders, not fixing tickets.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end ownership of complex systems: design, build, deploy, monitor, and iterate at scale.
• Architect high-performance backends in Kotlin (or JVM langs) that handle real-time routing and IoT data.
• Craft scalable React UIs that power ops dashboards and parent-facing apps.
• Drive cloud decisions across AWS, Azure/GCP—optimising costs for our bootstrap runway.
• Apply DSA/system design to solve hard problems like dynamic route optimization and predictive scaling.
• Shape the engineering roadmap: propose, prioritise, and ship features with founders.
• Mentor juniors while executing solo on high-impact bets—no layers, just results.

We're Looking For

• 3-6 years of hands-on engineering where you've owned and shipped production systems (prove it with code/stories).
• Elite CS fundamentals: advanced DSA, system design (distributed systems a must), design patterns.
• Mastery of Kotlin/Java + modern React; real AWS experience (EC2, IAM, CLI—you know our stack).
• Proven "leap-taker": startup grit, side projects, or open-source that screams hunger.

Skills:

• 6–10 years DevOps / SRE / Cloud Infrastructure experience
• Expert-level Kubernetes (networking, security, scaling, controllers)
• Terraform Infrastructure-as-Code mastery
• Hands-on Kafka production experience
• AWS cloud architecture and networking expertise
• Strong scripting in Python, Go, or Bash
• GitOps and CI/CD tooling experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Design highly available, secure cloud infrastructure supporting distributed microservices at scale
• Lead multi-cluster Kubernetes strategy optimized for GPU and multi-tenant workloads
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform across full infrastructure lifecycle
• Optimize Kafka-based data pipelines for throughput, fault tolerance, and low latency
• Deliver zero-downtime CI/CD pipelines using GitOps-driven deployment models
• Establish SRE practices with SLOs, p95 and p99 monitoring, and FinOps discipline
• Ensure production-ready disaster recovery and business continuity testing

We operate at the intersection of Unstructured Data and Finance. Ideal Background

• At least 2 years experience in back-end development in a fast-paced environment, working in Python
• Deep understanding of technologies used in web-deployed SaaS products, including Rest APIs
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers
• Sound understanding of computer science principles
• Exposure to any of the following

Opportunity
We will share our workload as a team and we expect you to work on a broad range of tasks. Here’s are some of the things you might have to do on any given day:

• Developing APIs and endpoints for deployments of our product
• Infrastructure Development such as building databases, creating and maintaining automated jobs
• Build out the back-end to deploy and scale our product
• Build POCs for client deployments
• Integrate our products with 3rd party products/tools/services
• Document your code, write test cases, etc.

Skills

• Hands-on experience with Python (2+ years)
• Sound understanding of Postgres and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Deep familiarity with UNIX, major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps
• Understanding of databases, and related tools, paradigms
• A computer science education would be great, but other engineering disciplines are ok as well

• Knowledge of best software engineering practices for all stages of software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, testing and deployment.
