Network Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements using Zoho Books.
2. Manage taxation including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
3. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Supervise and mentor the accounts team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
5. Participate in budgeting and financial planning to support business objectives.
6. Finalize accounts and coordinate statutory audits with auditors.
7. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for management.
8. Handle miscellaneous accounting and reporting tasks as required.

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in solar, manufacturing, or related sectors.
3. Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
4. Knowledge of similar accounting tools like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar is a plus.
5. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial regulations.

Overall responsibility:

• Drafts, implements, and executes policies and procedures to facilitate a quality customer service experience.
• Establishes performance metrics for customer service representatives. Establishes service levels and requirements for the department.
• Develops and implements methods to record, assess, and analyse customer feedback.
• Develops and implements training and quality assurance programs for new hires and experienced employees.
• Identifies and recommends or acquires updates and expansions to technology, equipment, and policies that may improve customer service and retention. Acts as a liaison between the customer service department and other divisions in the company.

Day to day responsibilities :

• Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions. Responding to escalated customer support issues.
• Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Formulating and revising customer support policies and promoting their implementation. Informing the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends.
• Assessing support statistics and preparing detailed reports on the findings.
• Interviewing and hiring new employees. Overseeing and evaluating the team's ongoing training efforts.
• Delivering performance evaluations and following the disciplinary process according to company policy. Managing the budget of the customer support department

Essential experience and requirements:

1. Advanced knowledge in the domains of computer vision, deep learning

2. Solid understand of Statistical / Computational concepts like Hypothesis Testing, Statistical Inference, Design of Experiments and production level ML system design

3. Experienced with proper project workflow

4. Good at collating multiple datasets (potentially from different sources)

5. Good understanding of setting up production level data pipelines

6. Ability to independently develop and deploy ML systems to various platforms (local and cloud)

7. Fundamentally strong with time-series data analysis, cleaning, featurization and visualisation

8. Fundamental understanding of model and system explainability

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and deploy ML based systems built upon healthcare data in the Neurological domain

ELIGBLITY:

• Any Graduation with relevant experience.
• Should have excellent written and oral communication.
• Should be proficient in following languages (English, Hindi & Kannada)
• Proficient in MS Office package.
• Should be an excellent team player & should able to maintain good coordination with clients & other team members.
• Prior Experience in Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing company will an added advantage.

• Coordinating with technical team, design team, project team, SCM & Clients for the smooth project execution.
• Should maintain the proper documentation as per the standard.

Responsibilities for Staff Engineer role:

• Having experience in Java/Python/Golang along with Springboot, Micorservices, RDBMS
• Experience required: 10yrs to 15 yrs.
