Sales Support Representative - US Process

• Requirement gathering for web and app development projects
• Preparation of necessary docs(BRD, FRD, SOW, RFQ, NDAs, and POC) for the client's requirement.
• Drafting user stories, wireframes and project plans based on the requirements of the client
• Understanding the default software/applications products and services of Webkul and its functionalities(at the workflow level) for a personalized explanation of the same to the clients.
• Handling customers' pre-sales and post-sales queries over various communication mediums like calls/emails/Skype/ helpdesk/ social networking sites.
• Project assignment and being clients major communication for ongoing projects.
• Managing project delivery(It covers check of all the SOW points agreed)
• Assigning the technical queries/issues of clients to the technical departments.
• Preparing a full User guide(technical doc/content) of the products for Webkul’s products, Services, and customers in written and video format as well.
• Attending international as well as domestic seminars and conferences regarding the promotion of the products with the presentation.
• Market research of the products.
• Responsible for new partnerships of the organization, acting as a bridge between the client side and the organization.
• Full-time office job, No field work.

 Configuration, administration, customization, and maintenance of Okta CIAM environments.

• Design and maintain configuration manuals and documentation required to sustain the Okta CIAM platform.

• Review Okta platform configurations to ensure the solution is optimized and secure for business needs.

• Support and resolve system incidents, problems, and changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with designing and building Okta solution platforms.

• At least one Okta certification in last 2 years - Okta Certified Administrator, Certified Consultant or Certified Developer certification

• Strong understanding of Single Sign On and relevant standards (OIDC, OAuth, SAML)

• 1+ year of development experience using RESTful APIs in any programming language

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to collaborate and interact productively with team members and key stakeholders.

• Experience / strong knowledge in both iOS & Android Mobile Application technologies
• Proficient in SwiftUI, Swift, Xcode, Java, Kotlin and Android Studio, Flutter, React Native
• Experience with version control: Maven, Gradle, Git, Cocopods
• Experience in application submission / provisioning process
• Experience in performance and memory tuning
• Good understanding of computer science concepts, design patterns, algorithms and data structures

Bonus Points:

Position : Software Test Engineer

Location : San Francisco, USA

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP / WORK PERMIT / VISA STATUS: USA with Valid work visa

The ideal candidate must have at least "3” years of active and recent experience with coding in Java to automate and as well as executing those scripts in an effort to test the functionality. Must be comfortable as a consultant, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
