What we look for?

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT from premier institute.
• 2-4 years of industry experience in Native Android development, with at least one live app on Google Play Store. 
• Good knowledge of Kotlin and/or Java with an understanding of Android Native SDK, specifically network classes, concurrency handling, databases, and background processes. 
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. 
• Solid understanding of Android Libraries related to UI, network, background services, and database.

About the Role:

You are a passionate Senior Consultant who will lead a team and own on-time technical delivery for the projects assigned, with high quality. You will design and implement new software, maintain and improve existing software ensuring that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization and organization. You will be accountable to provide coaching and mentoring to Sr. Associates, Associates, and Junior Associates. You will be responsible to apply Agile methodology daily and follow Definition of Done (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining unit test , code coverage and integration test coverage.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the UX/product team to understand the requirements.
2. Conduct feasibility analysis and high level technical design for changes proposed to the application.
3. Design and build highly scalable multi vendor applications.
4. Integrate with third party SDK for analytics and other app features.
5. Design database and develop appropriate backend services as needed for the mobile app.
6. Debug, Analyse and Optimise the performance of the application.

       7.Build and deploy to app stores (iOS and Android).

       8.Work with mobile devices testing platforms to accelerate testing               across different devices.

       9.Write high quality code with unit tests and detailed documentation.

Simultaneously develop app and target for both Android and iOS using third party SDKs and APIs

Firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript or ClojureScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax

The candidate must have 2-5 years of experience in Hybrid Mobile App Development and should be able to handle complete App Development Life Cycle independently. The Candidate must have released 6 applications in Google Play Store and in Apple Store (3+ on each platform)

The React Native developer will be focused on buildinginnovative implementations while partnering with front end & back-end team.  Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual and functional elements of the application.  You will own UI/UX designs and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.  Having a passion for what design and UI/UX can bring to an application is extremely important.  Ideally, the person that fills this role could bounce between creating visual designs and production ready code with an emphasis on the latter. Responsibilities:  Develop new user-facing features.  Build reusable code and libraries for future use.  Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.  Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.  Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end.  Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.  Stay on top of UI frameworks/technology trends and best practices for web and mobile.  Jump between design and development roles.  Maintain and support organizational UI/UX patterns and methodologies.
