1. Should have the experince of working on "Quick Book"
2. Daily Operations – Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
3. Reports – Maintain Profit & Loss statements, Balance sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow, Bank Reconciliation Statements, TALLY ERP 9, Revenue generation and Expense reports
4. Processing Payments – Processing invoices, commissions, brokerage payments, utilities and bills
5. Update Records - Update internal systems with financial data and maintain records for all daily transactions
6. Reports - Prepare financial reports - monthly, quarterly and annually.
7. Audits - Participate in financial audits
8. Bank deposits – Track bank deposits and payments
9. Petty cash - Manage petty cash and reimburse vouchers
10. Administration – Handle day to day activities and operations including coordination with external vendors and internal staff
11. Policies - Establish and review, implement and enforce proper accounting methods, financial policies and principles.
12. Manage Tax and GST
13. Maintain Journal Vouchers
14. Budget preparation
15. Returns Filing
16. Maintain attendance records
17. Payroll / Salary processing – Process salaries and prepare and provide salary slips to all.
18. Internal and External Coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS.
• Remodel the APIs into Micro services-based architecture.
• Implement a caching layer wherever possible.
• Optimize the API for high performance and scalability.
• Write unit tests for API Testing.
• Automate the code testing and deployment process.

Skills Required:

• At least 3 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds.
• Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database.
• Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database.
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases.
• Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j.
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks.
• Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks.
• Experience with Web sockets, Service Workers, and Web Push Notifications.
• Familiar with NodeJS profiling tools.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Good knowledge of creating and maintaining DevOps infrastructure on cloud platforms.
• Should be a fast learner and a go-getter — without any fear of trying out new things Preferences.
• Experience building a large-scale social or location-based app.

What you’ll do

• Own the key metrics for a product and help define clear, measurable goals for the same

• Ideate and build the product roadmap and manage prioritization and tradeoffs

• Communicate and discuss the roadmap across the organization with multiple stakeholders

• Do user research to generate insights that feed into the roadmap

• Write product requirement documents and ensure clear communication between design, development, and business teams

• Work with engineers and designers to execute the roadmap

• Monitor and measure the impact of the features being delivered and do course corrections as needed

Who you are.

• B.Tech / B.E or equivalent degree

• 3-5 years of product management or related experience in an agile development environment

• Have experience of working with minimum 20-22 engineers team

• Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Understand technology and willing to learn and get your hands dirty where you don't

• Ready to work on no-code softwares. 

• Proficient in SQL or have knowledge of making data dashboards for stakeholder management

• Work closely with our internal teams to create content that attracts, engages, and educates existing and potential customers.
• Write content around saas marketing.
• Create engaging short- and long-form written content on a regular and recurring basis (2-3 blog posts per week)
• Assist with the production of visual content such as images, infographics, etc to complement and/or convert your written content.
• Brainstorm and execute new topics and themes that are relevant to our target audience.
• Help set up the overall content & engagement strategy of the company, monitor progress, and come up with new ways to meet and exceed engagement goals.

• 2+ years of professional content writing experience, ideally related to marketing/SaaS products
• The candidate must know about SEO and should have a proven ability to write SEO-friendly content.
• Excellent written English with stellar copywriting skills.
• Fantastic storytelling skills - you have an innate ability to engage and captivate audiences with your words
• Fast learner and creative thinker - you grasp new concepts quickly and are able to turn one idea into many content pieces
• Comfortable adapting writing style & approach based on target audience across different interests and demographics
• You stay updated with the latest trends in your field
• Comfortable with WordPress CMS
• Passionate for content writing.
