About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager (DevX) to lead enterprise-scale initiatives that improve developer productivity, engineering workflows, and platform efficiency. This role is central to our software transformation journey, ensuring developers have the right tools, platforms, and processes to deliver at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end DevX and Developer Productivity programs
• Drive engineering efficiency across SDLC, CI/CD, and platform tooling
• Partner with Engineering, Platform, and Product teams on tooling and transformation roadmaps
• Standardize and optimize developer, database, and SDLC tools
• Reduce friction from code → build → test → deploy
• Establish program governance, metrics, and executive reporting
• Manage risks, dependencies, and large-scale change initiatives

• Proven experience driving DevX, Platform, or Engineering Transformation programs
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern SDLC practices

As a Content Writing Intern, you will be responsible for creating engaging, well-structured, and high-quality content for various platforms.

You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to produce content that drives audience engagement and supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, draft, and edit content for blogs, social media, website, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
• Create compelling copy tailored to different audiences and platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO where necessary.

Requirements:

Penetration Testing Expert Requirements and Qualification:

Previous working experience as a Penetration Testing Expert for 5 - 7 year

BE in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or similar relevant field

In-depth knowledge of application development processes and at least one programing or scripting language (e.g., Java, Scala, C#, Ruby, Perl, Python, PowerShell)

Must know about standard Industry security Practices (OWASP, SANS, etc), Knowledgeable about industry Security guidelines and compliance such as ISO27001, SOC2, HIPPA etc.

Hands on experience with testing frameworks such as the PTES and OWASP.

Applicable knowledge of Windows client/server, Unix/Linux systems, Mac OS X, VMware/Xen, and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Critical thinker and problem solver

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Penetration Tester Role:

The Penetration Tester, will provide broad and in depth knowledge to conduct offensive cyber operations across the organization globally. In this role, you will conduct offensive security operations to emulate adversary tactics and procedures to test preventative, detective and response controls across the global technology landscape. You will use your expertise to help influence technology decisions and work as part of a team to create consistent approaches to the offensive security processes and techniques.

Penetration Testing Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate a hands-on role involving penetration testing and vulnerability assessment activities of complex applications, operating systems, wired, wireless networks, and mobile applications/devices, Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Etc) apps and software’s.

Set up environment and maintain required tools needed for the team.

Lead and manage Penetration Testing team and Supporting vendors to get qualitative deliveries to our customer.

Develop and maintain security testing plans

Able to automate penetration and other security testing on networks, systems and applications.

Develop meaningful metrics to reflect the true posture of the environment allowing the organization to make educated decisions based on risk.

Produce actionable, threat-based, reports on security testing results

Act as a source of direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff

Consult with application developers, systems administrators, and management to demonstrate security testing results, explain the threat presented by the results, and consult on remediation

Communicate security issues to a wide variety of internal and external “customers” to include technical teams, executives, risk groups, vendors and regulators

Deliver the annual penetration testing schedule and conducting awareness campaigns to ensure proper budgeting by business lines for annual tests.

Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying mobile applications using the Flutter framework and Dart language.
• Developing user interface components and ensuring cross-platform functionality on both Android and iOS.
• Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintaining and improving code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Staying updated with the latest Flutter and Dart developments and best practices.

Skills :-

• Should have strong experience in Automation testing, developing and executing test cases.
• Should have strong experience in Selenium with Java
• Should have a good amount of experience working with Web Application and Mobile Application testing
• Hands-on experience on Functional, Regression, System and UAT Testing.

As a CRM Technical Developer, you will be familiar with at least one leading commercial CRM system. You will assist delivery teams with CRM solution planning, analysis, designing, building, and testing. You will be considered a product specialist that is also responsible for providing support in CRM issue, customer concern, and resolution. This role is typically focused on more complex assignments, often requiring diverse inputs, processes, and/or outcomes with room for discretion within established parameters.

Day-to-day you will:

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamic365 CRM, with domain knowledge in Customer Service and Telco industry - this would be a plus point
