We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant to build strong relationships with clients seeking personalized hair loss treatment solutions. The ideal candidate will offer tailored advice based on factors such as facial features, age, profession, personality, and individual expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough hair assessments to determine the stage of hair loss.
• Educate clients on the causes and solutions for hair loss, providing personalized counseling based on their specific needs.
• Understand client expectations, suggest appropriate procedures and products, and use visual aids to communicate achievable results.
• Set daily consultation and revenue targets, regularly evaluating performance against objectives.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets, driving the studio's financial growth.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and work closely as a business partner to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Preferred age: 32 years and above.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales.
• Results-oriented approach with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Consultative, one-on-one selling approach.
• Experience in working directly with high-net-worth clients (HNI) in face-to-face consultations.

• Strong written/verbal communication skills

• Minimum 3+ Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Fork joins pool and other threading concepts)

•  Good knowledge of the JVM with an understanding of performance and memory optimization.

•  Extensive and expert programming experience in JAVA programming language (strong OO skills preferred).

•  Excellent knowledge on collections like, Array List, Vector, LinkedList, HashMap, Hash Table, HashSet is mandate.

•  Exercised exemplary development practices including design specification, coding standards, unit testing, and code-reviews.

•  Expert level understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts and Data Structures

•  Good experience in Database (Sybase, Oracle or SQL Server) like indexing (clustered, non-clustered), hashing, segmenting, data types like clob / blob, views (materialized), replication, constraints, functions, triggers, procedures etc.

Your Opportunity

You will primarily be responsible for implementing features & building platforms to enable on-device and device/server-side combined ML workflows. You will possess strong skills in object-oriented software design and programming. Your Impact

To design, architect, develop and maintain the backend for AI products by working closely with the Engineering Team. To ensure successful consumption of Saarthi.ai technology by APIs, SDKs, or Applications, thereby enabling productization and monetization of the AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

· Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

· Design server-side architecture

· Along with SAAS application deliverables even the client-side deliverables need to be taken care

· Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

· Write effective APIs

· Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

· Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

· Create security and data protection settings

· Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

· Write technical documentation

· Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software

What You Bring

· Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role.

· Experience developing desktop applications.

· Strong working experience with back-end development using Node.JS, JavaScript.

· Strong knowledge of databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

· Experience with System Design and Architecture.

· Familiarity with common stacks.

· Familiarity with Parallel Threading, Concurrent calling and Aggregation Queries.

· Ability to write quality unit tests

· Setting up CI/CD, and integrating with logging and monitoring systems for the products or platforms

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field

• Work closely with the IT team in completing projects
• Troubleshoot and fix any issues relating to PHP programs
• Ensure smooth operations of web processes and infrastructure

1. We expect you to have your domain knowledge of Flutter, Dart, Room or Realm DB, BLOC pattern based development, Redux and RX Dart

6. In terms of day to day work, for 2 years you should have done the following:
1. At least 2 to 3 live projects in Flutter or Native Android or iOS
2. Thorough understanding of Dart programming for mobile application development
3. Writing frontend code with SOLID principle
4. Unit testing of your code with Travis CLI
5. Collaborative development with BitBucket or GIT and handling of code merge conflicts
6. Documenting frontend code 
7. Knowledge of Android native and iOS native is a plus
8. Proficient in Linux,  and understanding of Ubuntu OS
9. Knowledge on Firebase or Firestore is a plus
