Key Responsibilities
1- Marketplace Management

Manage Flipkart Ads (PLA, display & search ads)
8- Track ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and optimize campaigns regularly
9- Keyword research, bid optimization, search term analysis
10- Performance Marketing (D2C & Marketplaces)
11- Execute and manage ad campaigns on:

13- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
14- Create audience targeting strategies, creatives, and funnel-based campaigns
15- Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, conversions, and scaling
16- Basic understanding of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and pixel tracking
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular performance reports for: Ads, Sales, Listings performance, Use Excel / Google Sheets for:
Data tracking, Performance analysis, Budget planning
18- Coordinate insights with the internal team for continuous improvement
