- Serve as the primary point of contact for all content-related communication between internal teams and external agencies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather inputs, approvals, and feedback.
- Manage communication with external agencies to ensure timely execution and delivery of creatives and posts.
- Share and circulate approved content internally and externally through email, WhatsApp, or other distribution channels.
Content Creation & Support
- Assist with basic content creation for topical, campaign-based, occasion-specific posts and festival communications.
- Support in executing content aligned with marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Content Management & Publishing
- Manage content calendars to ensure timely planning and publication.
- Optimize content workflows and oversee content distribution across relevant platforms.
- Maintain and organize content repositories and CMS to ensure easy access and long-term usability of assets.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in content strategy, development, and operations within the mutual fund, investment, or financial services industry.
- Experience in the mutual fund/investment domain is mandatory.
