Key Responsibilities

• You will design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Typescript code

Required Experience or Skills

• 4+ Years of frontend development with Javascript, HTML5, CSS3
• 2+ Years of experience working with Typescript
• Must have 2+ years of Frontend Lead / Architect role
• Strong hands-on work with React JS and Redux
• Expert knowledge of feature/end-to-end and unit tests
• TDD experience
• Strong HTML / CSS 3 skills
• Experience working with a Continuous Integration environment (CircleCI, Codeship, Jenkins, etc.)
• Understanding and commitment to Agile processes
• Great communication, particularly in explaining your coding processes, suggestions for best practices, and identifying ways to improve the team's coding quality

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you'll work on a closely-knit team with a Frontend technology stack built on top of React JS. We like to work with modern technologies, always try to do what is best for the customer and put more value on teamwork than rock stars and cowboys.

1. Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field
2. You have prior experience as a Graphic Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
3. You possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
4. You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
5. You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
6. You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Taking design briefs to understand requirements

2. Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics, and layouts

3. Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines

4. Presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design

5. Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with production specifications.
   
   

• Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
• Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API
• Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
• Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development

• Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, In app, SMS and Email notifications & other digital campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns & activities
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies & high frequency scenario
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Analyse existing products and plan growth and improvement strategy
• Manage campaign timelines and deliverables
• Document best practices and seek out opportunities to improve existing processes
• Create reports and build reporting requirements for data management and analytics

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
• MBA in Marketing will be preferred
• Min 2-5 years of experience in Digital operations role
• Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Front end Developers are responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties.

Front End Developers are required to work in teams alongside Back end Developers, Graphic Designers, and User Experience Designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
