Key Responsibilities :

- Ensuring monthly book closure, revenue recognition & accrual of proper costs in all categories to be in line with the internal guidelines and the statutory requirements

- Preparation of MIS reports, schedules, reports & MTM change analysis.0

- Validating monthly revenues, analytical checks on system reports

- Ensure compliance of all statutory audits, internal audits & ICFR related requirements within timelines. - Drive automation for various reports & activities.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for reporting requirements

- Work with the team for preparation of the monthly closure & Quarterly Audit plans

1. Answering Sales / Enquiry calls
2. Managing a team of customer service personnel

4. Answer phone calls or emails from customers to provide quick resolution of issues
5. Provide more direct customer support
6. Identify a solution to the customer's query or direct them to another department that can provide assistance.
7. Managing escalations requires significant customer service skills and diplomacy to ensure that the customer is satisfied.
8. Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations of team members.
9. Prepare proper report for daily queries attained and queries resolved / escalated queries.

Purpose

 To design, develop, test, and maintain integrated software applications, systems, and platforms

 Responsible for ensuring that the software created is reliable, scalable, and secure

 The candidate should use his/her expertise to maintain enterprise wide upstream and downstream integration

solutions that help organizations achieve their business goals and provide value to end-users

Key Accountabilities

Responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to:

 Designing and developing solutions at middleware and integration layer

 Ensure the best standards are followed for integrating with multiple upstream and downstream

applications

 Documenting and Developing APIs which are fault tolerant, performance oriented and allow for publishing

across multiple sources

 Ensure management of the interfaces on the WSO2 EI platform

 Ensure continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and debugging

 Ensuring that the integrations development is part of the overall CI/CD pipeline

 Working with stakeholders to ensure that integration solutions meet business requirements and are

delivered on time

Technical Requirements

 A Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, software engineering, or any other equivalent field

 Has 6+ years of experience in the field of software engineering or software development

 Experience with WSO2 middleware technologies like WSO2 Enterprise Integrator (EI), WSO2 API Manager,

and WSO2 Identity Server

 Experience in developing multiple type interfaces such as SOAP, REST, WebHooks, GraphQL and having

knowledge of working on changing one type to other

 Software development skills including proficiency in a modern programming language such as

Java/C++/Python/Golang.

 The ideal candidate should have worked on application development within an enterprise ecosystem.

 The person should also have the necessary knowledge to connect to systems like mail, DB, external

systems, or APIs etc.

 Ideally the person should have demonstrated creating common interfaces or adapters for interactions

between heterogeneous systems with least amount of code change or no code change at all on both the

integrating systems.

 The person needs to be hands on and should be able to write code and review the code of teammates.

Minimum Requirements

• Shared understanding and belief in Mercari Group mission and values
• At least 3 years of experience developing native Android applications with Kotlin Developing, operating, making decisions when selecting technology, and continuous improvement of large-scale product codebases
• Ability to design and develop with performance and scalability in mind
• Extensive knowledge of object-oriented software development, networking, memory management, and software testing

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain art production workflow/pipeline by writing scripts/tools to aid artists to create more efficiently
• Become embedded with external customer teams to develop games, tools and provide support
• Integrate assets into client’s applications without sacrificing artistic vision or exceeding technical limits of the platform
• Produce particles, shaders and other VFX for Unity applications(Unity 2019.4 LTS)
