Job Description:

• Experience in Core Java, Spring Boot.

• Experience in microservices.

• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale systems for global organization. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.

• Should be able to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client-facing applications.

• Good development experience with RDBMS in SQL Server, Postgres, Oracle or DB2

• Good knowledge of multi-threading

• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux

• Excellent problem solving and coding skills in Java

• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

• Should be able to express their design ideas and thoughts. 

Minimum requirements

5+ years of industry software engineering experience (does not include internships nor includes co-ops)

Strong coding skills in any programming language (we understand new languages can be learned on the job so our interview process is language agnostic)

Strong collaboration skills, can work across workstreams within your team and contribute to your peers’ success

Have the ability to thrive on a high level of autonomy, responsibility, and think of yourself as entrepreneurial

Interest in working as a generalist across varying technologies and stacks to solve problems and delight both internal and external users

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale financial tracking systems

Good understanding and practical knowledge in cloud based services (e.g. gRPC, GraphQL, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud services such as AWS, etc.)

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer with expertise in building scalable, extensible applications, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, collaborate with other team members to innovate current/new products; Identify, communicate and implement best practices for application engineering. We’d love for you to have:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a backend developer is required
• Education: B.Tech. in Computer Science from tier - 1 engineering colleges in India

• A self-starter who is passionate about problem solving across complex technology stack.
• Highly skilled back-end engineer using Object-Oriented programming preferably Java, exposure to open source libraries and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge and experience in REST based programming using Restlet framework.
• Ability and experience in evaluation and integration of third party systems and libraries.
• Experience in system architecture, data structures, algorithm design and their optimization.
• Passion for performance benchmarking and debugging.
• Strong knowledge of web standards (i.e. REST/SOAP) concepts
• Knowledge of version control (GIT) and databases (MySQL)
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, design, develop, debug, document, and deliver (especially in a multiple location organization).
• Experience in Test-driven development.

• Strong experience in Java programming.
• Must have experience on MicroServices using Spring boots /Jersy /Swagger / any other Microservices technology stack
• Good experience in either Spring or Hibernate
• Must have at least 1to 2 years’ experience in Web application
• Knowledge of OOP concepts, industry best practices, and design
• Good understanding of web technology/enterprise-level applications
• Good to have experience in JavaScript frameworks
• Good to have experience in Agile Methodology

• Write clean and well-structured codes.

• Produce detailed technical product descriptions.

• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software along with the databases to ensure strong functionality and optimization.

• Contribute to all the software development phases.

• Follow the industry’s best practices for writing clean code.

• Develop and deploy the latest features that facilitate the relevant tools and procedures if required.
