Key Responsibility Areas:
- Creation of new Course No, Term, and Term type at the beginning of each term. All associated Database tables and software procedures and functions are updated and recompiled.
- Management of Data Entry and Information access right to various users.
- AMC includes bug fixing, updating of application for any small policy changes.
- Regular Patch/update installation and coordinating with MIS team for identification and resolution of issues wrt application functioning and deployment
- Implementation of Cyber security policies and hardening of application
- Development of New functionalities in the application
- Regular Testing of running application functionalities and undertaking unit and integration testing of newly developed components.
- Support for making changes in the NDA internet web portal.

**Role Description**
NowPurchase is looking to add an immensely talented Backend Developer that will help us invent, design, refine and deliver products that will meet the above vision.
- Expect to build a lot of services and APIs in the cloud and stand-alone IoT devices to serve both the browser as well as native IoT enabled terminals that will be placed at the manufacturers' premises.
- Expect designing algorithms that model the metallurgy of the manufacturing processes as well as using tools such as linear programming, machine learning etc.

- Deliver high quality modular code deployed to serve web, mobile and native IoT enabled terminals that leverage REST-based services and real time sockets. This would include algorithms for real time optimizations that are critical for the manufacturing process.
