Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the frontend components of the Camera AI and gym & trainer management software.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional, responsive web applications.
• Ensure the applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement user interfaces that provide a seamless experience, including real-time data visualization, interactive elements, and responsive design.
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the stability and performance of the applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development and apply them to enhance our products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with responsive design principles and front-end optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with WebRTC or other real-time communication technologies.

Desired Candidate profile

● Architect and build scalable front-end web solutions using JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS and other fundamental web technologies. 
● Build reusable code and libraries using iterative development practices for future use

● Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop. 
● Implement monitoring, metric dashboards, runbooks, logging, escalations, and alerts.

● Drive code and design reviews of components / systems / products in scope and drive the architectural governance for them. 
● Implement best practices and constantly learn new ways of keeping code bases up to date 
 
Roles and Responsibilities:

● A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (based on a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field) from reputed institutes 
● 4+ years of development experience in modern web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript), frameworks (React, Backbone.js, AngularJS, , etc) 
● Ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion 
● Prior hands-on experience in building responsive web interfaces at scale for consumers in a product engineering setup 
● Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system 
● Excellent problem solving, debugging and optimization skills 
● Strong knowledge of browser behavior, performance, compatibility and cross-browser issues 
● Good understanding of REST API 
● Familiar with front-end build tools, such as Webpack, Grunt and Gulp.js
● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git 
● Open source contribution is a plus.

• Develop new-user facing features using React.Js and Redux, D3.Js
• Build robust, reusable, and easy to maintain components.
• Translate designs and mock-ups into high quality code.
• Work closely with the Support team and Product team to identify issues and bugs in the platform and fix it.
• Completely own the SDLC of your tickets. From dev to production.
• Talk to existing clients about platform bugs and ensure the bugs are fixed.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience with React.js and Redux
• You are a well-organised self-starter with excellent communication skills
• You have thorough and demonstrable understanding of React.js and it’s core principles
• You have experience with code versioning (GIT) and CI/CD (Jenkins, Circle, etc.) tools
• You have ability to translate business requirements into high quality, high performance code
• You are familiar with RESTful API’s
• You enjoy working independently with minimal supervision
• You have broad understanding and experience in Javascript based technologies
• You are comfortable working in fast paced environment
• You are familiar and up-to-date with common front-end dev tools (e.g. Babel, Webpack, NPM, Yarn, etc..)
