Skills required:

Strong expertise in Java| Spring Boot| Microservices| and REST API development for building scalable enterprise applications.

Proficient in Angular/React| JavaScript| HTML| and CSS for modern responsive user interfaces.

Strong experience in Functional| Performance| and automation Testing Experienced with SQL/NoSQL databases| including data modelling | query optimization| and integration.

Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure| Docker| Kubernetes| and CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native development.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies| testing frameworks| security standards| and software design principles to deliver high-quality solutions.

Work with the manager through the entire analytical and machine learning model life cycle:

⮚ Feature engineering

⮚ Apply ML algorithms and assess the performance

⮚ Codify for deployment

⮚ Test and troubleshoot the code

Technical Skills

Roles & Responsibilities :-

1. This is a front-line Sales position in the ESA Cards Sales team, and is responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through consultative. selling of our card’s products via defined channels of acquisition [Retail, Corporate, Venue-sales].
2. Prospecting for new customers through existing leads and cold calling and maximizing lead generation.
3. Timely execution of all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals & any self-generated leads.
4. Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions.
5. Set appointments, listen to customer needs, and sell the most appropriate product.
6. Researches and understands prospects before making the call.
7. Ensures all applications are fully and accurately completed, and submitted properly.
8. Be the interface between Annex and the customer to resolve any application processing issues.
9. Drive the on-boarding of new customers and initiate spend enablement activities.
10. Keep up-to-date on products and competition.
11. Attend and participate in regular staff meetings.
12. Engages in regular portfolio planning to determine areas of focus & project accurate full year.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify potential product ideas/features based on market research and discussions with
   customers and other stakeholders.
2. Design and drive the roadmap for the product – vision & strategy, feature definition, and milestones.
3. Manage end to end product – from concept, to design, development, testing to deployment/launch.
4. Manage Product Backlog
5. Competitive Benchmarking
6. Define success criteria for products and review usage/metrics.
7. Be responsible for Product Improvement and Innovation based on technology and market trends, as well as customer needs and feedback.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. B.E./B.Tech + MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
2. At least 10+ years of total experience with 5+ years of relevant experience.
3. Excellent communication skills (active listening, verbal and written) - ability to comprehend and translate vague requirements into clear, detailed documentation.
4. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
5. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
6. Solid understanding of technology. Preferably past experience working as an engineer.

Job Overview : 
Software Development Engineers FE will be responsible to participate in all stages of the software product development life cycle. This will include analysing system and user requirements, designing software flowcharts, creating user interfacing applications (Web Or Mobile) , troubleshooting bugs, and running tests to improve system functionality. An ideal
candidate would be someone who has proficiency in React Js, good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills.

Experience & Background

• B-Tech/BCA/MCA
• 0-2 years of IT industry experience.
• Minimum 1 year of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow
• ITIL/ServiceNow
  certifications will be an added advantage.
• Exposure on Service Now integration protocols with other application/systems
• Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
• Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax
• Exposure of ITSM Framework and ITIL
• Good Communication Skills
