Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Designer at Robylon AI in Bengaluru. The Product Designer will be responsible for visual design, design thinking, user research, product design, and UX research tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience
• Visual Design and Product Design skills
• Experience in Design Thinking
• User Research and UX Research skills
• Strong portfolio demonstrating past design projects
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
• Knowledge of AI technology and customer support processes is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

Power BI Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Connect to various data sources, import data, and transform data for Business Intelligence.
• Optimize and fine-tune Power BI dashboards to ensure performance and usability.
• Implement data modeling, DAX queries, and custom visualizations to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports and dashboards.

PowerApps Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using PowerApps to streamline business processes.
• Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365) and third-party applications.
• Develop custom connectors and APIs to extend PowerApps capabilities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing PowerApps solutions to ensure they meet user needs and performance standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to use PowerApps effectively.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI development.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in PowerApps development.
• Proven track record of delivering business intelligence solutions and applications that meet business requirements.

• Must have good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good Knowledge of OOPS, PHP, MVC frameworks.
• Write error free code and follow coding standards. Able to perform Code Review job.
• Work closely with QA person to assist in the testing process. 
• Perform R&D tasks if assigned and communicate with the Designer and UI team.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Able to work closely with the team and meet the tight deadlines where necessary.
• Strong Communication Skills.

Position: React/Redux Frontend Engineer

Location: Pune (Initially Remote)

We are looking for a candidate with experience in building single page applications using React / Redux. You would be working on a product actively used by thousands of customers.

Job Description:

• Understanding of the working of a web-based application.
• Expert Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and their concepts.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3, JavaScript.

As DevOps Engineer, you are responsible to setup and maintain GIT repository, DevOps tools like Jenkins, UCD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jfrog Artifactory, Cloud monitoring tools, Cloud security.

• Setup, configure, and maintain GIT repos, Jenkins, UCD, etc. for multi hosting cloud environments.
• Architect and maintain the server infrastructure in AWS. Build highly resilient infrastructure following industry best practices.
• Working on Docker images and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop and maintain the automation scripts using Ansible or other available tools.
• Maintain and monitor cloud Kubernetes Clusters and patching when necessary.
• Working on Cloud security tools to keep applications secured.
• Participate in software development lifecycle, specifically infra design, execution, and debugging required to achieve successful implementation of integrated solutions within the portfolio.
• Required Technical and Professional Expertise.

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT industry.
• Expertise in implementing and managing Devops CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience in DevOps automation tools. And Very well versed with DevOps Frameworks, Agile.
• Working knowledge of scripting using shell, Python, Terraform, Ansible or puppet or chef.
• Experience and good understanding in any of Cloud like AWS, Azure, Google cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is required.
• Proficient in troubleshooting skills with proven abilities in resolving complex technical issues.
• Experience with working with ticketing tools.
• Middleware technologies knowledge or database knowledge is desirable.
