Functional Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Planning:
· Plan actions and initiatives that are aligned to the business strategy, and supports the overall marketing goals of MHFA India products
2. Social Media Coordination:
· Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
· Create, curate, and share content that encourages engagement, drives traffic, and builds brand awareness.
· Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing to maintain a consistent online presence.
· Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments, messages, and reviews, and manage online community interactions.
3. Email Marketing:
· Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
· Segment email lists for targeted messaging and personalize content to improve open rates and click-through rates.
· Monitor and improve email campaign performance based on key metrics and A/B testing.
4. SEO and SEM:
· Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
· Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, monitoring keyword performance, ad copy, and budgets.
· Analyze and report on keyword rankings, website traffic, and conversion rates to refine strategies.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
· Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and measure the performance of digital campaigns.
· Create regular reports detailing key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and actionable insights.
· Make data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations based on campaign results.
6. Stay Current with Trends:
· Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, communication, and relevant industries.
· Recommend innovative approaches to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve better results.
Organizational Responsibilities
· Initiate activities in line with to MHFA India strategy and work plan
· Support director and team in development of MHFA India digital marketing and communications function
· Support in any other task that may be assigned by the organization
· Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality content and functionality
As an Account-based Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible to advance the existing opportunities for the sales team within a targeted account and specific contacts, and generate new prospects by planning, organizing, and executing marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop content for website copy, blog posts, and other forums, sales documentation, and product videos.
- Pursue and nurture leads until qualified.
- Learn the target market's pain points and dive deep into their niche.
- Set up meetings for outside sales with qualified prospects.
- Plan and execute the market strategies focused on product adoption and the overall success of the existing and prospective customers.
- Measure and report on the success of campaigns & optimize approach based on real-time analytics and data

Requirements:
- Previous experience ABM, Lead Generation, or digital marketing role.
- Hands-on experience executing an innovative and multi-part event and lead generation programs.
- Solid background in creating and implementing marketing campaigns that use live events webinars, digital advertising, and social networking.
- Experience in creating, launching email campaigns, and reporting its results.
- Considerable experience in developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
- Proven experience in demand generation campaigns that target, segment, and list acquisition to build prospect lists.
- Knowledgeable of content marketing and inbound marketing to generate more qualified leads.
- Familiar with the technical sales cycle and can strategically use marketing communication to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.

What you will be doing:
Operational and Project Management
- Work with our India and SEA clients
- Develop digital marketing initiatives and programs for IT products and solutions.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns like webinar, email, search and social marketing etc. for assigned products in assigned markets.
- Work closely with internal team and external vendors to implement marketing activities and tactics.
Creative Execution of Marketing Promotions
- Create concepts for marketing initiatives, and draft promotional copy and relevant terms & conditions.
- Ensure compliance with client-brand guidelines and contract when implementing creative and manage required approvals.
- Work with other members of the SATISFIC Team, contractors or vendors as needed to execute marketing campaigns.
- Compile regular reports and analytics of campaign performance and results.
Strategic Planning Support
- Provide campaign recaps indicating success metrics and ROI. Make recommendations based on how to apply learnings to future promotions.
- Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the campaign lifecycle by managing the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues hindering delivery of programs
- Track campaign progress at every step and proactively work with internal and external customer to steer campaigns in the right direction
- Attend weekly calls with the client; send out daily and weekly activity reports and ROI analytics to the Client.
About your experience:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Hands on experience in email marketing, webinar marketing and other digital marketing campaign execution.
- 1-2 years of IT channel marketing experience would be an added advantage.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Project and time management skills
