We’re seeking a highly experienced and certified Salesforce Platform Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Platform Solutioning and Administration. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technical execution, driving digital transformation across CRM initiatives in the organization. You’ll lead Platform Architecture, solution design, stakeholder collaboration, and platform optimization for high-impact service delivery.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, with strong exposure to Architecting solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Architect, Financial Services Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Application Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

·        Lead origination – conceptualize and develop implementable annual business plans to support growth of the Business Vertical / Organization. Meeting consultants, business influencers, EPC Contractors, OEMs.

·        Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discover and explore opportunities including comprehensive evaluation of opportunities and undertaking feasibility studies. ·        Establish, build and maintain an excellent network in Oil and Gas Sector Companies, PSUs, LSTK/EPC Contractors, liquid customers, and industry associations to acquire market information, sustain current business as well as develop/incubate new businesses for growth.

·        Development of green field projects (Includes opportunities in D-O-N sector) and ensure adequate pipeline of projects/implementable ideas.

At least 10 – 15 years’ experience in similar business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Proven work experience as a Pega Developer.
• Advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC 6.x/7.x/8.x.
• Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, and EJB.
