Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain our healthcare products and services in a clear and convincing manner.
Maintain records of conversations and update CRM systems.
Follow up on leads and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle queries and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.
Requirements:
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Good communication and persuasive skills.
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
Salary Offered: ₹11,000 – ₹14,000 per month

What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven products

- Solid understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices design patterns
