NodeJS Developer

We are looking for an expert Back-End Developer who is fluent in the latest server-side, web capabilities and technologies. This will include all aspects of the creative process from conceptualizing to completion including design, development, presenting ideas, and working with leadership to build on the InterProducTec brand values, etc.

• Use your knowledge about High Availability, Load Balancing, Scalability, Distributed Computing in order to design database architectures and data structures that can grow with our business
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Business teams to drive the architecture, design, development and deployment of our analytics and a reporting portal
• Identify a n d address architecture challenges to ensure a robust, safe, securely accessible, highly available and highly scalable product that meets or exceeds customer and end- user expectations
• Collaborate with leadership and technology teams on creative concepts, and then launch and shape the required design components for each presentation and/ or production
• Able to work closely/ collaborate with multiple product development teams including software developers

• Engineering in Computers or IT
• 2-5 years of experience with J S
• 2-5 years of experience with No SQ L (Couch DB / MongoDB)
• Experience with Agile Software Development

• Knowledge in Software Deployment
• Knowledge in IT Security for Web Services
• Expert in using Revision Control Systems (git)

• 2+ years of Hands-on experience in Python, Django, Flask, Bottle, Design Patterns, Web Services (SOAP/HTTP, REST APIs)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Postgress, MongoDB.
• Experience with cache-store / message broker like Redis / RabbitMQ / Kafka
• Experience with AWS
• Experience in front-end development using react.js is a plus.

Job Description

We are looking for a Back-End Web Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well.

Skills And Qualifications

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, Nodejs and CSS3
• Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processors, such as LESS and SASS
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Good Understanding of Mysql database.
• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
• Data migration, transformation, and scripting
• Setup and administration of backups
• Outputting data in different formats

• 10 + years of experience and expertise in database and systems architecture design, development and implementation;
• Expertise and experience in data structures, indexing, query, and retrieval;
• Excellent data management skills including ensuring data integrity, data access, security and archiving procedures;
• Knowledge of the language technology and video extraction research domains to be able to converse fluently with the research communities to transform research requirements into concrete formalisms.
• Experience in cross platform development for multiple variants of Unix, Linux including 32 and 64 bit
• Experience with NoSQL, SQL databases, statistics and algorithms
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Design, implement and test novel database architecture designs to accommodate the multimodal data types used in Client managed technology evaluations
• Administer and monitor database and address data security solutions as applicable
• Design and develop efficient techniques for fast, optimized data access and transfer of distributed or networked database systems
