Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:-

- Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms (iOS and Android).

- Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.

- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.

- Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes- React Native moves fast and often break things.

- Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

- Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

Requirements and qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in React Native.

- Firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript or ClojureScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax

- Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming

- Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code

- Rock-solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts

- Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle Android Studio, IntelliJ

- Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage

- Experiences with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha

- Should have a better knowledge of Redux

- Deep knowledge of component state management

Develop and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement and enhance the user experience.

Convert design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, responsive web pages.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices.

Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and improve team knowledge.

Work with front-end build tools and version control systems (e.g., Webpack, Git).

Continuously research and stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in front-end development.

Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients. Research companies to create strategic communication plans. Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email (including cold calling)

Develop new business via the established channels (telephone and help desk system) and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the EstateMaster solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Assessing the results of marketing campaigns
• Support sales team to improve performance, control, and maintenance of their leads.
• Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine the budget and timeline.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Work with the Regional Sales Managers and President to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
• Assisting Marketing Director in writing reports and analyzing data
• Helping to drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities and programs
• Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
• Good knowledge about Blockchain and Crypto is added advantage.

• Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives given by the CEO.
• The Job role includes working on Sales, Marketing, Operations, as and when required.
• Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders.
• Manages the CEO calendar and prioritizes their time and schedule.
• Participates with the senior management team in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations.
• Establishes standards and procedures for hiring/operations.
• Maintains accurate confidential files and data records.
• Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
• Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives.
• Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.

Opportunity

 Full stack Developer (more front end)

Responsibilities:

Implement responsive and performant UIs with a user-centered approach with frontend technologies including React Js, Javascript(ES 6), Typescript, SCSS, etc

Build backend REST APIs on Python 3 based server frameworks for deployment and scaling of our product(s)

Write meaningful test cases for frontend & backend platforms

Integrate our products with 3rd party products/tools/services

Develop Infrastructure for delivering services using a performance-driven approach, build databases, schedule automated jobs, etc

Ideal Background / Experience

At least 24 months of diverse experience in web development for product or services-oriented environment with exposure to working production deployments

Expertise in programming using Python/Javascript or similar scripting languages

In-depth exposure to technologies used in web-based SaaS products, including REST APIs

Sound understanding of Postgres and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB

Nice to have exposure to any of

AWS

Azure

ELK

Object Relational Models (SQLAlchemy, etc)

Google APIs

Microservices Architecture Pattern

NodeJS / ExpressJS

Work from Home, office in Noida

Experience: 2yrs plus

Salary: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

- Writing queries used for front- end applications (websites, desktop applications)

- Designing and coding database tables to store the application data
