Mainframe Production Support Analyst

Job Summary:

Write pre-sales and marketing collaterals and related documents. Analyze business requirements, provide high-level consultation, and prepare and present solutions to customers. Drive marketing and lead-gen activities like Webinars.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Do web research around in the area of Cloud, DevOps, Digital engineering, Data, ML, IoT, technology trends and use cases, and offerings.
• Coordinate with Solution architects and tech leads to writing pre-sales collaterals (Case studies, Solution blueprints, White papers, etc.) and related content. 
• Understanding the business as well as the technical requirements of the Client. Provide high-level consultation to the client around business problems and objectives utilizing a business-level understanding of cloud and application development technologies. 
• Creating a technical architecture document that after taking all the major technical requirements into consideration
• Preparing thorough pre-sales solutions presentation. 
• Potentially get involved in marketing activities like webinars. 

Requirement:

• Should have 5+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• Should have excellent communication, analytical and web research skills.
• Strong and proven experience in pre-sales and consultation.
• Should have a very good knowledge of current trends in cloud and digital technology services offerings. 
• Strong experience of writing collaterals and materials other than project requirement documents. 
• Bachelor or master in engineering or equivalent.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as an engineer or a lead - solving real world customer problems.

• 1-4 years of experience as a manager - having led high value delivering engineering teams.

• BE / B. Tech /M. Tech from a premier institute - preferably in Computer Science.

• Proven track record of building and managing high performing engineering teams.

• The ability to convince, negotiate and work with equally competent and smart stakeholders.

• Experience building complex technical solutions - highly scalable service-oriented architectures, distributed cloud-based systems - which power our FinTech products.

• Proven ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders.

Total Exp: 4-8 years

Minimum 1+ year experience in .Net Core is a must

Mandatory skills:.net Core, Web API, Entity Framework & Database(SQL server)

• Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions for above skill set.
• Design, code and test new Web Software applications.
• Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects and enhance functionalities.
• Enhance existing systems by analysing business objectives.
• Create technical specifications and test plans.
• Prepare action plans and identify areas for modification and improvement.
• Develop skills in new technologies.

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and managing customer relationships from registration/ sign-up through successful conversion/ transaction.

• Guiding new customers through the onboarding process
• Ensuring bona fide users enjoy a seamless journey
• Interacting with the users through chat, email and voice upholding the highest standard of communication and courtesy
• Executing initiatives that center around compliance and regulatory requirements
• Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and support teams to improve the onboarding process

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, CRM or as onboarding specialist
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and any second language
• Exceptional organisational skill
• Excellent creative and critical thinking skills
• Adaptability and flexibility with the willingness and ability to shift strategies on a dime to meet the needs of our customers
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex customer journeys at once
