We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist cum SEO Expert to join our team at Bikefixup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to boost our online presence, generate quality leads, and improve search engine rankings.

🔑 *Key Respo•sibilities:*

* Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Conte•t Marketing).

* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO to im•rove rankings.

* Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for•search engines.

* Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.)•to maximize ROI.

* Monitor and analyze web traffic, engagement, and conversion rates usin• analytics tools.

* Create engaging content strategies for social media platforms to dri•e brand awareness.

* Collaborate with design, content, and development teams for effective•campaign execution.

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and SEO trends, tools• and best practices.

* Prepare performance reports and present insights to management for continuous improvement.

💼 *Requirements:*

*Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

*Experience:* 6– 2years of experience in digital marketing and SEO (preferably in service-based or auto•otive industry).

*Skills:*

* Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Con•ole, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

* Expertise in on-page• off-page, and technical SEO.

* Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Faceboo• Ads, and other PPC campaigns.

* Proficiency in social media m•nagement and content marketing.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to inte•pret data and generate insights.

* Knowledge of WordPress/website CMS and basic HTML is a plus.

• 6+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java (8+), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PL/SQL.
• Hands-on expertise in frameworks and tools: Spring Boot, ReactJS, NodeJS, REST, SOAP.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git.
• Backend & Databases: Experience with Oracle and Postgres DB (Shining Stars).
• CI/CD Tools: Skilled in Jenkins, GitHub, TDD/BDD.
• Testing Tools: Practical experience with ReadyAPI, Postman, Jest, JUnit.
• Cloud Technologies: Exposure to OCI, Azure, AWS.

Your Day-to-Day Role:

• Design and implement web applications from initial concept, architecture design, to completed, operational software.
• Lead complex engineering tasks where you’ll act as the technical authority.
• Contribute to code reviews and continuous integration.
• Adapt and apply cutting edge technologies.
• Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and product owners to define elegant customer solutions.
• Ensure robustness by writing automation tests for your code.

What Are We Looking For:

At least 3 years of professional experience in Fullstack development.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Robust experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS). Expertise in ReactJS, Redux, HTML, CSS.
• Proficiency in Javascript (ES6) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience in Socket Implementation.
• Solid understanding of GIT and its workflows.

Good to Have Skills (Optional)

• Familiarity with Material UI.
• Experience with HTML Canvas APIs (Ex: KonvaJS for canvas drawing).
• Basic understanding of AWS services (S3, Redis, Lambda, Messaging services, etc.). 

Must have
    - Experience with React and Redux or similar programming
    - Experience in Rest API integration

• Previous working experience as a MERN/MEAN  Stack Developer for 1 year (Minimum).
• In depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS or Restify
• Experience implementing applications using Angular 2+ versions or React
• Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular/React, LESS/SASS
• Hands on experience with JavaScript
• Development on both client and server-side
• Experience on Angular 2+  and React Js will be an plus point
• Experience on both MEAN/MERN Technologies will be an advantage.

• Design, develop, test, debug and maintain components of a feature-rich management and orchestration product
• Manage one or more project priorities and deadlines
• The programming languages are mainly Python and Java
• Understand the infrastructure details of public clouds and use DevOps best practices to implement provisioning

You'll Need:

• Strong software design and implementation skills in building infrastructure frameworks.
• Experience building and operating extensible, scalable resilient systems.
• Working knowledge of Java and Python.
• Solid understanding of basic systems operations (disk, network, etc).

• Understanding of Rest based API Architecture
• Writing high-performance, reliable and maintainable code.

• Good knowledge of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.  
• Experience working with AWS components [EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, ECS, Lambda].
• Analytical and problem-solving skills  
• Good aptitude in multi-threading and concurrency concepts.  
• Working knowledge of Git and proficiency with at least one build server: Jenkins/Travis/Bamboo.
