Role and Responsibilities

● Work on improvements to be made to Tikitoro’s Shopify website

● Fix any bugs, detect and troubleshoot theme related issues

● Use Shopify liquid, JS, CSS and HTML to deliver interfaces as required

● Work with the website maintenance agency to ensure that all maintenance tasks are done correctly and on time

● Run periodic tests of the site to check that everything is in order

● Integrate 3rd party APIs as and when required

● Implement changes for SEO and also CRO best practices, as and when required

Requirements and skills

● Min 2 years of professional experience in working with Shopify

● Strong knowledge of Liquid

● Ability to create new Shopify themes and modify existing theme templates

● Experience with top Shopify apps and the ability to configure them

● Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS

● Working knowledge of SEO and experience in making site improvements from an SEO perspective

● Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

● Dynamic and self-driven

● Ability to adapt and grow in fast-paced start-up environment

Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient Java codebase for our ad-serving platform.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to

understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

 Design and implement new features and functionalities in the ad-serving system, focusing on performance

optimization and reliability.

 Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in the ad server environment, providing timely resolutions to ensure

uninterrupted service.

 Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding best practices to maintain code quality

and consistency across the platform.

 Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in ad serving and digital advertising, and integrate

relevant innovations into our platform.

 Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain the ad-serving platform in a cloud- based environment.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and estimate development

efforts for new projects and features.

 Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning and

improvement within the development team.

 Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for production issues as needed, ensuring maximum uptime

and reliability of the ad-serving platform.

A PHP Developer writes clean, fast PHP to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way that improves the code-base of our products in meaningful ways.

You will be a part of a full-stack creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching.

Requirements

Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools, and of developing web services

Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, eBay, etc)

Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

Experience - 1 to 3 years required

Must have worked on WordPress.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Degree in IT or equivalent

More than 3 years of web-based application development experience in PHP.

Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks: CodeIgniter, Laravel, Bootstrap, AngularJs, Angular Material, Symphony, Zend, Cake and Flask.

Languages

PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python.

Databases: MySql

Operating Systems: Ubuntu, Windows and Macintosh.

Others: jQuery, AJAX, JSON, Celery, Git, API, AWS, Facebook API, Twitter API, Google API,PayPal Integration, nginx, Apache,AmCharts, Mpdf and PhantomJs.

Mandatory:

Strong knowledge in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools, e.g. Jenkins

Strong knowledge in planning for testing strategy, test suites and test cases.

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (e.g. Git)

Understands web trends, including social media integration and the impact of the growth of mobile/tablet browsing

More than 3 years of web service (REST, SOAP) and API development and management

Strong Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications

Strong technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design patterns and implementation

Proven ability to carry a feature from start to finish, including prototypes, design specifications, constructive coding, unit testing and problem resolution

Preferred

Strong in SQL & PL/SQL and have good working knowledge on the relational database(s) (MySQL)

Experience With Selenium Web, Appium, Endtest.io Automated Regression Tools

Advantage

Experience with other server-side stacks (Node.js, Python, Java etc.) a plus

Experience developing native or hybrid mobile applications for IOS and/or Android a plus

Experience in the development and production of standards-based websites using HTML/5, CSS/3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON across multiple browsers a plus
