Strong Product, UI/UX Designer Profile, with a focus on B2B SaaS/ Enterprise Products

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Product design, with a strong track record in B2B SaaS

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have experience in designing for complex domains such as automation platforms, low-code platforms, data management tools etc

Mandatory (Tools) – Proficient in Figma and familiar with modern design tools such as Notion, Framer, Webflow, Builder.io, Zapier, Replit, Lovable.

Mandatory (Portfolio) – Strong portfolio showcasing case studies, user research and UX work for B2B Enterprise SaaS products

Mandatory (Background) - BDes / MDes from Good Design college (Diploma not considered) OR B2B SaaS Company

Mandatory (Skill) - Must have Good Communication Skills

Responsibilities:

·       Conduct keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords that align with our business goals.

·       Optimize website content (including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and body copy) for target keywords and search engine algorithms.

·       Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix website issues that are hindering search engine ranking.

·       Build high-quality backlinks to our website through strategic outreach and content marketing initiatives.

·       Monitor website traffic and analyze key SEO metrics using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

·       Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

·       Generate reports and present SEO findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

·       Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure a holistic SEO approach.

Qualifications:

·    2+ years of experience in SEO

·     Proven track record of success in increasing website traffic and organic search rankings

·    Strong understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO best practices

·    Experience with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)

·    Proficiency in Google Search Console and Google Analytics

·    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·    Strong written and verbal communication skills

·    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Performs implementation of high level design and specifications.
• Develops low level design, class diagrams, flow charts.
• Performs Unit testing of individually developed components and fix errors, if any
• Assist in preparation of design, technical reference & operational documentation, packaging document in collaboration with the Lead.
• Strives for technology innovation in terms of exploring new and efficient ways of writing code
• Is responsible for writing simple, reusable code by following coding standards
• Ensure proper documentation of implementation and reviews.
• Ensure timely follow ups and escalations with leads with respect to any process gaps/risks/impediments.

What we're looking for:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer.

· Excellent knowledge of Java.

· Demonstrated skills in web-based development, including REST API s and JS frameworks such as Vue JS/React.

· Experienced with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP).

· Experienced with SQL and NoSQL databases.

· Experienced with CI/CD environments.

· Familiar with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Proficient in agile programming practices.

Relevant experience on using tools like JSP, Servlet for web applications

· Strong knowledge with Core JAVA concepts – Exception handling, Multi-threading, Collection, String, OOPS etc…

· Advanced understanding of Windows and Linux based operating systems

· Mainly 3-4 months hands on with reverse engineering and old legacy solutions to new modern applications

· Working knowledge using REST, HTTP, TCP, SCTP protocols

· Hands-on with JAVA frameworks such as – Thread Pool Executor, Object Pooling, Logging (Log4j preferred), XML/JSON handling

Education Criteria:

· Preferred BE degree in CS, E&C, E&E

· Proficient being a J2EE Developer (courses or project done) and data analytics skills
