Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer (1–3 Years Experience)

Location: Sector V Kolkata | Full-Time

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web & mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and implement feedback
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and brand consistency
• Analyze user behavior and improve product usability
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design
• Understanding of user behavior in booking, travel, or e-commerce platforms
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus but not mandatory
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Shift Timings:

·       Day Shift: 11am – 7pm

·       6 Working Days (Mon – Sat)

Planning:

 Develop and maintain detailed construction plans and schedules,

ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

 Create master schedule of project

 Coordination with all stakeholders of project and meeting

 Monitoring the work and highlight the issues/Prepare monthly

delayreport

 Forecasting andtracking of criticalcontract and procurementplan.

 Handling theprogress/monitoring appand software.

 Analyze and review construction plans and specifications to ensure

they are feasible and can be executed efficiently.

 Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other

construction professionals to discuss and resolve any potential design

and scheduling issues.

 Monitor on-site construction processes and adjust schedules as

required.

 MSP for planning and scheduling tasks mandatory

 Recommend Mitigation Strategies for any project delays or other

issues that may impact the construction process.

 Create Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports with accurate status and

planned activities

 Experience in Construction Industry

 Excellent Communication skills

 Excellent IT skills especially MS Office/MS Projects

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop large scale web applications using Node.js; 
• Full-cycle projects and product development; 
• Focus on software development and build Restful API's; 
• Contribute to the overall software development life-cycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, release/version control, testing, deployment, and support; 
• Be a part of an agile-based team 

Requirements:

• Exposure to ES6 knowledge of REST API Design and Development in Node.js. 
• Basic Knowledge of Web Socket.
• Strong Knowledge of Javascript, Good exposure to Redis, MongoDB.
• Should be having a basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap4.

Mandatory Skills required:

1. Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements for QlikView

2. Perform detailed analysis of source systems and source system data and model that data in

Qlikview

3. Design, develop, and test QlikView scripts to import data from source systems, data feeds, flat files

to create Qlik marts

4. Proficiency with QlikView Scripting, use of complex QlikView functions,

advanced QlikView Expressions, experience with complex data models and optimization of data

model for query performance to create Qlik Marts

5. Architecture optimization ( includes hardware sizing , security setup , performance tuning )

6. Development of Qlikview/ QlikSense

Roles and responsibilities:

* Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.

* Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
