About the Role

Techsophy is looking for an experienced Mac Administrator to join our End User Computing (EUC) team. This role is responsible for managing, securing, and supporting Apple devices across the organization using JAMF, while also contributing to the broader EUC function that supports hardware, applications, and end-user technology needs across the business.

Experience Required

6+ Years in Mac Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Mac OSX and Server environments (versions 10.6 through 26) using JAMF.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Mac and iOS device issues in a business environment.
• Manage Apple devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
• Build, deploy, and maintain macOS configuration profiles.
• Construct and maintain BASH and Unix scripts to automate device management tasks.
• Support all End User Computing (EUC) hardware needs, including MacOS, Printers, and Windows devices.
• Manage user-related application installs, updates, and access.

Required Skills

• Strong, hands-on JAMF experience — enrollment, policies, configuration profiles, and patch management.
• Solid working knowledge of BASH and Unix scripting for automation. Experience managing Apple devices through an MDM platform.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac and iOS hardware and software.
• Comfortable supporting a mixed environment including Windows machines and printers.

• A bachelor's or master’s degree or similar by experience in the field of supply chain solutions.
• At least 6 years of experience in a software testing role that included testing methodologies, tools, and processes, and writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Job Description 

As a Quality Assurance Test Engineer, you define comprehensive, detailed, and well-structured test scenarios and cases. You write functional and technical design documents according to quality assurance testing methodologies.

You are responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using different tools and languages, to perform web API, UI, load tests, and continuous integration testing.
• Accurately estimating the priority level and difficulty of the required testing and planning accordingly.
• Continuously optimizing and extending our test environments.
• Tracking bugs and documenting your actions, while continuously communicating with all parties involved such as software engineers, project managers, and consultants.

Your Day-to-Day Role:

• Design and implement web applications from initial concept, architecture design, to completed, operational software.
• Lead complex engineering tasks where you’ll act as the technical authority.
• Contribute to code reviews and continuous integration.
• Adapt and apply cutting edge technologies.
• Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and product owners to define elegant customer solutions.
• Ensure robustness by writing automation tests for your code.

What Are We Looking For:

At least 3 years of professional experience in Fullstack development.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Robust experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS). Expertise in ReactJS, Redux, HTML, CSS.
• Proficiency in Javascript (ES6) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience in Socket Implementation.
• Solid understanding of GIT and its workflows.

Good to Have Skills (Optional)

• Familiarity with Material UI.
• Experience with HTML Canvas APIs (Ex: KonvaJS for canvas drawing).
• Basic understanding of AWS services (S3, Redis, Lambda, Messaging services, etc.).

As DevOps Engineer, you'll be part of the team building the stage for our Software Engineers to work on, helping to enhance our product performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Build & operate infrastructure to support website, backed cluster, ML projects in the organization.
• Helping teams become more autonomous and allowing the Operation team to focus on improving the infrastructure and optimizing processes.
• Delivering system management tooling to the engineering teams.
• Working on your own applications which will be used internally.
• Contributing to open source projects that we are using (or that we may start).
• Be an advocate for engineering best practices in and out of the company.
• Organizing tech talks and participating in meetups and representing Box8 at industry events.
• Sharing pager duty for the rare instances of something serious happening.
• Collaborate with other developers to understand & setup tooling needed for Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD) practices.

Requirements:

• 1+ Years Of Industry Experience Scale existing back end systems to handle ever increasing amounts of traffic and new product requirements.
• Ruby On Rails or Python and Bash/Shell skills.
• Experience managing complex systems at scale.
• Experience with Docker, rkt or similar container engine.
• Experience with Kubernetes or similar clustering solutions.
• Experience with tools such as Ansible or Chef Understanding of the importance of smart metrics and alerting.
• Hands on experience with cloud infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring (we are on AWS and use ECS, ELB, EC2, Elasticache, Elasticsearch, S3, CloudWatch).
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres and Cassandra.
• Knowledge of data pipeline and workflow management tools: Azkaban, Luigi, Airflow, etc.
• Experience in working on linux based servers.
• Managing large scale production grade infrastructure on AWS Cloud.
• Good Knowledge on scripting languages like ruby, python or bash.
• Experience in creating in deployment pipeline from scratch.
• Expertise in any of the CI tools, preferably Jenkins.
