We are looking for an experienced iOS engineer who is passionate about building modern, scalable applications for iOS and tvOS, and will take ownership of the full product feature cycle from design to delivery.

Your Team

The R&D group is building and delivering the enablement platform for the current and next generation of media experiences in the fields of personalization, content interaction, and social interaction, all of which are at the core of DAZN's value proposition.

Key parts of the workflow are ingestion, transcoding of various video and audio live/VOD assets, personalized processing, and distribution across the world to end-users, while allowing collaboration among users, all in real-time. This group is taking full responsibility for providing end-to-end social interaction functionalities on multiple platforms including web, smart TVs, iOS, Android, PlayStation, and Xbox. 

As our new Senior iOS Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Designing and developing our cutting-edge products, delivered to millions of sports fans around the world.
• Be an essential part of a team working in a fast B2C paste product delivery pipeline.
• Work with the most talented individual on features that cross platforms, languages, and protocols to deliver social engagement to sports fans.

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in Apple Swift/Obj-C development.
• Senior-level understanding of design patterns and architectures.
• A verse in 3rd party frameworks and solutions.
• Senior-level understanding of server-client fundamentals.
• Senior-level understanding of multithreading.
• Experience with UI Kit
• Experience with RxSwift development.
• Experience in writing unit tests.
• Strong analytical skills.

Even better if you have:

• Experience in writing automation tests.
• Continuous integration tools and practices.

• Experienced with low-level systems in C/C++.
• Experienced with OpenGL, high-performance rendering, mobile device, digital AV, video and audio codecs, and media players.

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer with 3–4 years of expertise in building robust mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Java/Kotlin, hands-on experience with Firebase services, and the ability to implement real-time communication using Sockets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications with clean, scalable code.
• Work with Firebase (Auth, Firestore/Realtime DB, Cloud Messaging, Analytics).
• Build Socket-based real-time features such as chat and notifications.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer to join our frontend engineering team. You will be responsible for building responsive, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development and launch of features on the our App
• Participate in scoping, planning discussions with the designers, PMs, and Leads
• Conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly
• Develop and own launch plans to completion
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve the performance and the architecture of our App
• We will depend on this person to set-up/improve the code quality, tracking, and App architecture and this person needs to have extensively worked on React + Android/iOS

Required Skills



• Min. 3 years of Full-time work experience (College projects, Internships are not a part of this) Hands-on experience with React Native
• Deep expertise of either iOS or Android platform and ecosystems
• Deep understanding of your tools: Languages, frameworks, systems.
• Experience with abstracting requirements into frameworks.

Requirements:

• We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms.

• You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.

• Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery-smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.

• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.

• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.

• Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.

• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

• Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

 Proven working experience of minimum 3+ Years in Android app development (Min 2Yrs. experience in Kotlin)

- Have strong knowledge in Kotlin and Java.

- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.

- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.

We are looking for an Android developer who has hands-on experience in coding, building technology blocks, help answer choice of certain platform/tech over others, help the team visualize the product with the available resources and assets. 

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and test functionality for the latest app design.
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features.
• Take requirements and specs from design to development and be the first line of quality assurance.
• Understand user requirements—these apps have to meet real-world scenarios.
• Support the Supersub Mobile application in its entirety, including working on bug fixes and improving application performance, reliability and stability.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of mobile software development experience.
• 3+ years of Kotlin Android development preferred.
• Solid Firebase & Firestore experience.
• Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to balance timeline vs features, while not sacrificing quality, and all within a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge in object-oriented software development, various architecture such as MVC/MVVM/MVP, multithreading, networking and memory management.
• Knowledge of standard Android libraries and frameworks.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Android SDK, including relevant frameworks, such as testing and mocking frameworks, REST clients, dependency injection, etc.
