Promobi is looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and experienced Pre Sales Engineer to join our product team. The selected candidate will be working closely with experienced Sales, Marketing and Product Management personnel and will be supported by a strong technical team in an ideal, fast paced, rapidly growing startup environment to grow professionally and go beyond expectations.

Requirements:

• Work experience on any Mobility Apps/CRM/Software Solutions.
• IST time zone working hours
• Open to travel - National and International Both.
• Customer Facing along with the Sales Team in order to understand customer requirements. 
• Candidate to bridge the gap between the Sales and Development Team to expedite the Feature Request development process.
• Knowledge on Android/iOS/Windows Mobility OS platform is a must.
• Should be Open to Work for EU/UK Time as in need 
• Candidates from Product Testing background are ideal.

Responsibility:

• Deliver sales pitch related to product or OS Platform, 
• Product Demo
• Validating product presentation and proposal to prospective potential clients supporting sales guys. 
• Offering POC and Validating the same. 
• Follow up regularly with prospective existing clients to ensure they are happy. 
• Listen to the needs of the Existing and Prospective Customer market and share insights with product development and marketing teams.
• Supporting Product Installation for Live accounts.
• Technical Audit - Onsite and Online
• Solid understanding of networking principles (Firewall, Network Protocols, IP addresses, subnetting, etc)
• Prior experience working with mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility, BYOD, SaaS is an asset

·      Capable of independently creating 2D/UI graphics and animations and integrating them in Unity

·      Participating in art reviews and being receptive to feedback and art direction

Responsibilities

• Work towards Improving the architecture by tracking emerging technologies; evaluating their applicability to business goals and operational requirements.
• Recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production and quality standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Setup Architecture and Design guidelines for the platforms for multi-country roll-outs
• Develop and Define Architecture Standards
• Develop and Define Application Architecture Standards
• Own your product : You will be responsible for the success / failure of your team and the product. You will need to work with cross functional teams, understand their requirements and make sure that everybody is on the same page.
• Development of your team : Making sure that engineers under you are growing in their careers and getting better are software development everyday.
• Design & Architecture : You need to have technical expertise in the company's tech stack and in general the frontend or backend infrastructures, have ability to guide the developers in case there are any blockers.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Past experience of working for tier 1 / vc funded companies.
• Past experience of handling a team of at least 5+ developers.
• Continuous past experience of delivering products at a steady pace.
• Hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Knowledge in Node JS
• Hands-on in Webpack, ES6, Typescript
• Strong working experience in Single Page, Building micro frontend apps, Progressive Web Apps, Server-Side Rendering using React.js
• Hands-on experience in the React ecosystem like Redux, React Router etc.
• Experience in Team Management. 
• Lead technical design discussions and review design to make sure design is aligned with Architecture.
• Setup and maintain standard developer guidelines for the development team
• Hands-on experience with automated test frameworks like Jasmine, Jest, Mocha, enzyme etc. And experience in promoting the values of unit tests, integration tests, and CI/CD automation
• Hands-on experience in maintaining Web Vitals

• Should have 4 – 7 years’ experience in Performance Testing
• Experience in JMeter or Load Runner
• Perform root cause analysis to identify application performance issues
• Design and Develop test scripts, scenarios, plans and programs to automate
• Prior experience in troubleshooting using Apm tools
• Good Knowledge of Agile
• Good Knowledge in Quality and Testing
• Good communication skills

• Ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps using HTML5, AngularJS, React , Node.js, and Mongo

• Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models

• Creating RESTful services with Node.js
