Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Adoption Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring seamless implementation, training, and adoption of EasyEcom’s modules and new product features by our clients. This role involves hands-on onboarding support, client training, gathering on-ground insights, and driving product adoption through consistent engagement and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and virtual product demos, training, and onboarding sessions for clients to ensure smooth adoption of EasyEcom’s modules and new features.
• Assist clients in initial setup and configuration of the EasyEcom platform, ensuring their systems are fully operational and integrated.
• Act as a bridge between clients and the product team, i.e., capture real-time feedback, identify usability issues, and suggest practical improvements.
• Track and report adoption metrics for new features and modules, and ensure clients are utilizing the platform to its full potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Support, Key Accounts) to resolve implementation issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop training materials, documentation, and FAQs to enhance the self-service experience for clients.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up-to-date with new releases and enhancements.
• Meet or exceed adoption and engagement targets set for existing and new clients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Successful completion of client onboarding within defined timelines.
• % of clients adopting new modules/features post-launch.
• Customer satisfaction and training feedback scores.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in eCommerce operations or SaaS-based implementation.
• Exposure to warehouse or retail tech environments.
• Working knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and support ticketing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, product training, implementation, or customer success (preferably in SaaS or eCommerce tech).
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, client-friendly language.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and hands-on work at client sites.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to capture and report actionable feedback.
• Comfortable working independently or in a cross-functional setup.

Senior hardware engineer - Power electronics

Experience: 5 to 10 years experience

Job Location: Pune

Job Description:

• Design, simulate, and develop a variety of power electronic circuits, including AC-DC, DC-DC converters
• Develop schematics using CAD tools such as Mentor and Altium and collaborate with PCB engineers on layout development.
• Support simulation activities using tools LTspice, or similar, helping to build and analyze design.
• Participate in the prototyping and testing of power electronic circuits and components under guidance.
• Help with the assembly and validation of test setups and perform measurements in the lab.
• Assist in the documentation of design details, test procedures, and results.
• Gain exposure to relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements for power electronics.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to understand system-level requirements and interactions.
• Contribute to root cause analysis of issues encountered during testing or production under supervision.

Experience and Qualifications:

• B.Tech/M.Tech with specialization in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

• Specific experience of 2-4 years of experience in the design and development of power electronic systems like DC-DC converters or chargers.

Must Have Competencies:

• Proficiency in electric circuit design and analysis involving power devices, gate drivers and passive elements.
• Good understanding of common topologies for power converters and inverters.
• Proficiency in Microcontrollers and peripherals like PWM, ADC etc.
• Hardware and firmware debugging skills for troubleshooting.

Good to Have Competencies:

• Experience with non-idealities in power electronic devices like diodes, MOSFETs, transformers and inductors.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-first Team Lead - Customer Support to manage a team of senior and junior support associates. The ideal candidate takes ownership without waiting for instructions, drives ticket closure, manages day-to-day operations across shifts, and ensures a consistently high-quality customer experience. Oracle Record-to-Report (RTR) Functional Consultant

Job Description  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops for Record-to-Report (R2R) processes across General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Intercompany, and Financial Close.

• Analyze current-state financial processes and design future-state R2R flows aligned with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud best practices.

• Configure Oracle Fusion modules for GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, SLA rules, and accounting transformations including FAH-based accounting if applicable.

• Develop Business Process Design documents, Configuration Workbooks, Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and end-to-end process documentation.

• Support chart of accounts design, financial calendar setup, ledger configuration, and reporting hierarchy definition.

• Validate R2R integration touchpoints with Procurement (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Projects (PPM), FAH, and EPM (FCCS/EPBCS).

• Collaborate with Integration teams to define and test interfaces for journals, bank statements, asset data, and intercompany transactions using OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs.

• Support financial data migration including COA mapping, opening balances, asset conversion, bank configuration, and reconciliation.

• Create and execute test scenarios for SIT, UAT, regression testing, and period-close simulations.

• Validate R2R accounting accuracy across subledgers, SLA rules, FAH transformation rules, and GL postings.

• Provide functional support for cutover, period close readiness, deployment, and hypercare activities.

• Collaborate with reporting teams to validate OTBI, BI Publisher, and financial statement reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.

• 10–15+ years of ERP experience with 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud focused on GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, SLA and related R2R processes.

• Strong understanding of subledger-to-ledger accounting, SLA rules, financial reporting, and multi-currency, multi-ledger environments.'

• Experience with FAH (Fusion Accounting Hub) for accounting transformations and integration with upstream systems.

• Familiarity with downstream reporting and consolidation requirements using FCCS / EPBCS. • Experience working with integrations using OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and R2R reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).

• Hands-on experience with data migration, GL balances, asset conversions, and cash/bank migration.Prior experience supporting multi-region deployments (NA, EMEA, APAC) and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.

What you will do:

● Conceptualize, design, fabricate, integrate and test overall embedded architecture, embedded boards, software and circuitry for Pace Robotics’ fleet of AMRs.

● Develop embedded code which enables simultaneous exchange of data between various modules and sensors to facilitate fast/robust decision making for the robot and real time controls.
