MIS Executive

We are seeking a skilled PowerApps Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and SharePoint integration, along with a strong understanding of business processes and user experience design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft PowerApps.
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
• Integrate PowerApps solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Teams, and external APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate needs into functional solutions.
• Customize user interfaces for optimal usability and responsive design.
• Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
• Implement governance, compliance, and best practices within the Power Platform environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and technical processes.
• Provide end-user training and support as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PowerApps Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
• Understanding of Power BI integration and data visualization principles.
• Strong skills in formula writing, expressions, and business logic in PowerApps.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and other integration technologies.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom connectors.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Gather & document requirements using tools like interviews, workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, etc. Interact with clients to do requirements gathering that will include the usage of various elicitation techniques like Document Analysis, Requirement Workshops, Focused Groups, etc. Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvements Create various Scope Management Artifacts like WBS, Product Backlogs, Feature Sets, MRDs, PRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, Business Cases, User Stories, etc. Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project by leading the planning of product release plans and setting expectations for the delivery of new functionalities. Analyze the practicality of development requirements of new systems and upgrades to existing systems. Manage Project Scope and Scope Creeps. Raise Change Requests, interact with the Dev team, and help in coming up with Impact analysis and estimates. Run the Capability Gaps analysis and deliver the report against it. Define the Business Case that can further result in Project Charter. Prioritize Requirements independently or in collaboration with Dev Team/Stakeholders using various prioritization techniques. Run a project in SCRUM Mode and write User Stories with every nitty-gritty even to a system level wherever required. Write and manage the scope of Jira and Confluence. Participate in user acceptance testing.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a similar role for web/mobile projects. Excellent documentation, verbal & written communication, and team collaboration skills. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding presentation and leadership skills. Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile. Technical Writing Experience with project management tools

Responsibilities :

- Manage all accounting transactions

- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing, manage balance sheet and P/L statements

- Document financial transactions by entering account information, review and reconciling accounts

payable and receivable

- Ensure timely vendor payments, compute taxes and prepare tax returns

- Review financial transactions and documents

- Preparing PF, PT and ESIC returns and fulfilling the statutory compliance of the company.

- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

- Preparation of GST returns and filings.

Professional accounting qualifications (CA/CMA) Inter is a plus.
