About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Manual QA Tester with strong analytical skills and a passion for ensuring high-quality software. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, planning test coverage, identifying defects, and ensuring a seamless user experience across web and API interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases based on functional requirements and specifications
• Perform manual testing of web-based applications, APIs, and mobile apps (if applicable)
• Identify, record, and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools
• Work closely with developers and product teams to understand features and resolve issues
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of test results, reports, and testing processes
• Validate bug fixes, regression cases, and perform smoke testing
• Perform cross-browser and device compatibility testing
• Analyze and debug issues using logs, browser developer tools, and relevant tools

• Ability to prioritize logically and structure test coverage effectively
• Attention to detail and discipline in documentation
• Quality of clarifying questions during ambiguity

Mandatory Tools & Skills

• Postman – for API testing
• Chrome Developer Tools – for UI inspection, console & network analysis
• JIRA – for defect tracking and test management
• Log Analysis – basic familiarity with reading and debugging logs
• Strong command of test case writing, reporting, and scenario-based testing

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or Confluence
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
• Understanding of database queries (basic SQL)
• Experience testing responsive designs and mobile UIs

Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled C# developers with over 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in .NET development, with a focus on performance improvement and concurrent programming. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing high-performance applications while working collaboratively with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to enhance and globalize the application.
• Analyze and implement features, bug fixes, and optimizations in the codebase.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C# and/or C++.
• Adapt and extend existing code to support internationalization and localization requirements.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure robust and reliable software.
• Work closely with QA to ensure quality assurance and address identified issues.
• Provide technical support and documentation for developed features.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Windows application development using C# or C++.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
• Proficiency in working with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) or similar UI frameworks.
• Experience with globalization/localization processes, including handling multilingual user interfaces and data.
• Solid understanding of Windows APIs and system-level programming.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex systems.
• Flexibility to work at least half of the time in US Portland timezone.

Preferred (Good to Have) Skills:

• Knowledge of CAD software.
• Experience with COM-based development.
• Experience in integrating or maintaining localization frameworks in existing applications.
• Understanding of software performance optimization techniques.
• Prior experience working with global teams and distributed development workflows.

Job description: 

1. Lead the Technical and Regulatory documentation for smooth operations. 

2. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of COA, TDS, MSDS and other related technical documents. 

3. Maintain a real-time database of Products & Suppliers with corresponding technical documents.

4. Mentor and guide the documentation team on writing practices and processes 

5. Bring in strong Chemistry knowledge and support the demand and supply team with suitable inputs on specifications.
