PHP Full Stack Developer

Must Have Skills: ● .NET Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET Framework (preferably 4.8+), with deep knowledge of MVC5 architecture. ● Front-End Mastery: Advanced skills in Razor Views, Bootstrap 5, CSS/LESS, JavaScript, and JQuery for building modern, responsive UIs. ● Database Proficiency: Strong experience with MSSQL, including schema design, performance tuning, and writing complex queries and stored procedures. ● DevOps Knowledge: Proficient in IIS configuration, deployment automation, and CI/CD best practices. ● Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality software. ● Problem Solving: Exceptional debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities across the stack. ● Collaboration: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and participating in technical discussions and code reviews. 

Be hands-on with describing business rules as technical artifacts for analysts, business product managers, and any functional team that depends on this information

Proficiency with full stack development preferably React, Java, springboot, python. Perform unit tests, resolve bugs and be responsible for the delivery of the project to production

Be a thought leader in bringing the GenAI capabilities to Visa's product development

Be comfortable looking at system logs when needed and identifying bugs when they might appear during course of analysis

Discuss technical implementation details with architects and other technical teams

Collaborate with engineering teams to build robust, reliable, and scalable platforms

Synthesize requirements into a common set of platform and services capabilities

Candidates will be responsible for value proposition definition, communications across technical, business and product functions, cost/benefit analysis, and executive presentations

Partner with business operations and analytics team to build right monitoring capabilities and metrics which helps monitor the health of the platform and facilitates data driven decision making

Define product requirements which involve writing clear, thorough, and detailed user stories for complex features and product sets

Be the primary liaison between business units, business product managers, engineering, and other applicable groups to ensure flawless integration of new and existing feature sets

Highly execution focused by working in conjunction with various counterparts across functions

Ensure product vision and requirements are designed with long-term vision in mind and can be launched globally with minimal tweaks

Work closely with senior leadership providing status, action plan and recommendations

Candidates with the below skillsets are preferred:

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer
• Familiarity with the http://asp.net/">NETframework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)

Education Details: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

This role is physically based out of Mauritius and will require you to relocate to Mauritius. Relocation expenses like air tickets/work visa/permit/medical for work permit will be borne by the company

The role of a senior java developer is to ensure high quality software development and delivery to the end client.

As senior software developer, you shall be the technical SME on the project and ensure that the team abide by the quality standard set on the project.

On the Java Expertise Center, you shall be contributing to the knowledge building committee where you will be coaching juniors and demy students

Key Skills:

 Very good knowledge in Java (at least from Java 8).

 Good knowledge of Spring boot

 Experience with JPA/Hibernate

 Experience in middleware such as MessageQueues

 Experience with REST interfaces and GRPC

 Experience with modern agile software development (Continuous Integration)

 Experience in securing APIs

 Knowledge in design patterns

1. Software Development

 Act autonomously in the delivery of tasks of simple to high complexities on projects.

 Participate actively with team members to reduce risks related to tasks and activities.

 Ensure deliveries (code, documentation, release notes) are executed within set quality standards and processes.

 Understand and apply standard methods, tools and processes in daily tasks.

2. Team coaching & technical reference on project.

 Work with the team architect to help coach team members and ensure they

abide by the technical standards set on the project.

 Coach new joiners and accompany them technically & functionally on the

project.

 Be the technical reference on the project, besides the architect.

 Communicate technical KPI to your project manager.

 Review code contributed by team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality standards.

 Act as a coach or trainer and contribute actively to the Java Expertise Center.

 A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices

 Participate in budget auditing activities as required by direct report in the capacity of a Developer

Key Dimensions:

 Ability to monitor unit test coverage and ensure team abide by same standard (Standard unit test coverage

of 60% on new and overall codes)

 Ensures Sonar analysis of project is as per quality gate and any deviations are tackled by the team

 Ensuring highest quality delivered to client.

They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have the ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.
