Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and provide resolutions.

Communicate effectively with customers in a polite and professional manner.

Manage customer interactions in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high customer

satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and follow up where necessary.

Collaborate with the team to meet individual and team performance metrics.

Adapt to dynamic customer requirements and handle escalations where required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

Languages Required: Proficiency in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, and English (mandatory).

Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.

Prior experience in a voice process or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge to manage call-related data and CRM tools.

Skills:

Product Knowledge – Understanding different types of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, storage solutions, and related accessories.

Sales & Negotiation – Ability to convince clients, handle objections, and close deals effectively.

Technical Understanding – Basic knowledge of installation, cabling, IP vs analog cameras, resolutions, and networking basics.

Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identifying potential customers through cold calling, networking, and online research.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Using CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.

Presentation & Demonstration – Conducting product demos and explaining the benefits of CCTV solutions.

Market Awareness – Understanding competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends.

After-Sales Support – Coordinating with technical teams to ensure installation, troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Documentation – Preparing sales reports, quotations, and proposals for clients.

Basic IT & Networking Skills – Knowledge of IP addressing, PoE (Power over Ethernet), and remote access configurations.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR / PRODUCER

A creative lead should be able to lead a creative unit of writers, designers, and editors. Should take responsibility for the entire project and work with the team to complete it.

Creative visualization capability required to come up with new ideas around both animation and shoot based films, also, should be able to pitch them to the client. Have to be part of pre-production, production, and post-production.

Helps team members grow by providing guidance and mentorship. A hands-on professional with experience in managing teams.

Experience, Skills and Attributes:

• Creative professional with 5-8 years of experience on client/agency side on digital-first brands
• Proven awesomeness in idea generation
• Experienced in managing copy and design teams and the creative development process
• Worked on consumer brands with strong digital narratives spanning multiple formats.
• Experience in video production is mandatory
• Willing and able to contribute to copywriting in an individual capacity
• Ability to work with cross functional teams
• Ability to conceptualize and visualize
• Should have written/directed short/animation films
• Should be able to work with DOPs/Cinematographers
• Knowledge of editing is a plus to guide editors.
• Knowledge/Idea of music is a plus.

  3+ years of experience in software development.

Preferably BE/B-Tech engineering degree, but not a must.
• 3 years’ experience developing server-side Java – Spring, Hibernate and REST
• Full-SDLC cycle, with large-scale live roll-out participation as a developer.

• Work with research and engineering teams to productionize machine learning services for Augmented Reality experiences.

What we look for:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with the following languages (any 2): C++, Javascript, Rust.
• Strong experience working with at least one deep-learning library (e.g., PyTorch, Jax, TensorFlow, Caffe2). This experience should include formulation, training, and optimization of new algorithms.

Also Preferred:

• Prior experience with WebGL, WebAssembly.
• Strong grasp of CPU and GPU performance challenges and optimization techniques.
• Experience in shipping computer vision or image processing products to customers.

• Min 2-3 years of experience in Mobile App/Android development
